Gael is way too overrated, Malenia is better than him, Ludwig, Pontiff, Radahn & Mohg are better to me than Gael honestly, he’s just outdated on a mechanical-level especially compared to many ER bosses.

Then after another 6 months to a year, he's ranked as one of their best bosses again because everyone's got used to him now.

I love that since the Dancing Lion is supposedly to be something festive before it became adapted to combat, the music actually gets a little festive around 0:24, like a bizarre circus performance.

This sounds like Shoi Miyazawa's work. I can recognize the bombastic chords being played along with the thematic choir being played around the bosses' design. Shoi is incredibly good at incorporating thematic and storytelling importance through a theme song, as Mohg and Malekith both shown.

That being said, I really am excited for what Saitoh and Kudo will compose to answer this.this trio🤞
All 5 composers did a phenomenal work on the base game. It really does remind me of Shoi Miyazawa's tracks, especially Maliketh's theme with its instrumentation. Can't wait for the full thing!

There's a Crystal Tear that gives you the same parry as Sekiro for 3 minutes! You even get it from the first enemy you find in the DLC.

Lies of P was exceedingly good, but boss osts just aren't on fromsoft level. Even when restricted by the game direction (as in bloodborne, even more in sekiro) the boss osts are momorable and full of soul feel & character

@bazplayzyt6207 romeo king of puppets was crazy good, i also liked laxasia a lot although the phase 2 track was very short. Also, the ambient and area soundtracks are really good and memorable in LoP even if not every boss ost is that memorable

Okay so this is a massive edit but the crucible had there own culture before the age of gold and this is a mark of an old culture so do you think this is a part of the old crucible culture? Adding to it maybe being apart of crucible culture it addorns a whole lot of horns and we know that the crucibles are more in touch with horns n stuff does this by chance mean that the dlc takes place in a setting of crucible culture being the most prominent thing in this land. In another video showing the dlc we see enemy types that are more linked to omens as in the have a crap tone of horns all on them omens before hand have been seen as blessings by the old tree and in the old crucible culture so there is a link there. Moving on there are things called scadotree blessings was this could be the original name of the erdtree and thus has a primordial tree, I’m not saying setting is in the past it’s already been disproven but the shadow tree and the shadow lands seem to not have a lot of influence from the golden order so… but any way this is just speculation what are your thoughts?
TLDR: crazy theory that this is part of crucible culture and maybe other bosses could be other parts of crucible aspects. Tree name and such.
