I'm so glad to have found your channel. Watched the new Chico's video and your tastes seem to be exactly the same as mine, and your stature is similar too. Chic casual is definitely the way to live, a good default style. So many 'how to dress over 40, 50 etc.' are not to my taste and somewhat sloppy? There's a not-so-fine-line between casual and sloppy. And I think a mature woman needs to elevate it a bit, over the younger set. I'd really like to hear how you keep your white slacks white, I haven't worn them for years. They're dyed these days to give that 'optic' look, so no bleach allowed.

I bought the AirEssentials inspired jumpsuit in dark grey. I like the way it feels on my skin. It’s a substantial fabric, but it’s so soft & cool feeling. I shall see if I still feel that way when I’m in full blown Southern heat & humidity, but for now, it’s great! 😄 The only drawback for me is the length. It’s more of a cropped fit on me. I’m 5’7”-5’8”, depending on who’s measuring, & have long legs. It’s not bad for when I want a cropped look, but that’s not always the case. I do like it enough that I’d consider purchasing it in another color though.
I think it would be helpful if you tell your subscribers that when they get to the LTK app, that they should use the search engine to find you. And then I either type in your name or your RUclips channel name. And you come up. Then they can follow you on the app. And then when they open the app all of the people they want to follow always pops up right away. It seems like comments sense but for those who don't use apps regularly it might help. I was trying to explain this to a freind and she didn't even know what a search engine was. Love the Spanx inspired pieces, the length of the pants is far too short for the 5’9” crowd. So, Spanx it is. “Cathy Over 50” did a video of caring for Spanks pieces. It makes me less afraid to incorporate these into my wardrobe. I’d hate stuff to pill.

I love the Banana Republic Factory cargo joggers! I found them through you, so thanks! I wish they offered more of the colors in petite ☹️. It is one of my pet peeves when stores limit the colors of petite items! 😡 I ordered a pair in the regular length and hopefully they will not be too long. I love clothes but I often wonder how on earth fashion bloggers or you tubers can wear all of these clothes. My closet is very small and I still find it hard to do so. Not a criticism but just wondering.

Since following you on various social media platforms (RUclips, Instagram, LTK), I receive a variety of commercials clothes related & though many are trustworthy, I have found some to be either poor in shipping/quality or maybe (?) scams (?). I was just curious if you personally avoid certain sites, check them out before purchasing (wishing I did) --basically how do you know what's reputable and what's not? I'm 58 so in the past have only ordered from companies I've used in past (Macy's, Dillards, Chico's...) & to save money tried Amazon (things you found-great; some I tried just so-so), Wal-Mart (not impressed) & various things that have popped up through Instagram ads. (UGH-wish I knew how to discern whether the shipping was reasonable or going to be weeks). Just thought this might be a great topic for your channel as I assume many who follow might be undergoing the same situation & need help in navigating the process. I appreciate your wisdom & reliability & have found some great staples, trendy items, & new-to-me trustworthy companies & am pleased with each addition, thank you.

Have you tried anything from SHEIN? I have always avoided it, but recently placed a fairly large order to try it out. Some of the pieces are awful. But some are wonderful. Seems to be no in-between. It’s either a big yes or a big no. I love some of their two piece sets. Really fun. And so cheap , even if I only wear them a few times , I won’t regret buying them. I’m sure people might be all over you for trying SHEIN… everyone is so easily offended. But, I think it’s fun, and would enjoy a try on from you.
I absolutely refuse to give any money to Shein. They reached out to me to do a collab, I replied that I did not want to work with a brand that sold swastikas on their website and I was told to "get over it, the Holocaust happened a long time ago". I know everyone has their line in the sand, and that one is mine. It's a no for me!

I’m like you and have jumped on the Walmart wagon. I was searching for sports bras and tried on a unique sports bra at Walmart. I didn’t like it because the straps were too long and not adjustable. Later that day I went to Dicks to look for sports bras. I saw THE EXACT sports bra at Dicks but it had a Nike swish. There is no mistaking the design because it was very specific. Walmart $18 Dicks $50!!!!!!

Hi Marnie. I purchased the Amazon jumpsuit and it is amazing. I'm 5'3" and normally wear 8P; the medium fit perfectly. I have the air essentials two piece and this jumpsuit fabric is pretty darn close to the Spanx. Super comfy.

I was looking at the BRF cargo pants for air travel. I like having the zipper pockets for things I want to easily access such as ear buds, ID, phone. But I hesitate to get them because pants with elastic waist tend to slide down with the weight of a phone. My friend bought me a Members Mark 2 pc travel set from Sam's Club which had a hidden zipper pocket in the pullover jacket that's large enough to hold everything I need. I love it! It's thin enough for air travel in the summer, and both the jacket and pants are buttery soft. Unfortunately, Sam's Club no longer sell this set. Would love to have something similar if you run across something like that.

Cool cardigan: get yourself a 100% rayon, viscose or modal cardigan. Cool, silky and luxurious. Wash cold, hang or flat dry. So breathable and cooler than cotton.
I love the air essentials inspired jumpsuit! I live in jumpsuits! I bought 5 colors: tan, pink, black, navy, light blue. I did add a clear snap behind the neck as I found the button and loop tricky to button. Great find!

I just throw mine in the washer, sometimes add Oxy Clean.

I love the Banana Republic Factory cargo joggers! I found them through you, so thanks! I wish they offered more of the colors in petite ☹️. It is one of my pet peeves when stores limit the colors of petite items! 😡 I ordered a pair in the regular length and hopefully they will not be too long. I love clothes but I often wonder how on earth fashion bloggers or you tubers can wear all of these clothes. My closet is very small and I still find it hard to do so. Not a criticism but just wondering.

Since following you on various social media platforms (RUclips, Instagram, LTK), I receive a variety of commercials clothes related & though many are trustworthy, I have found some to be either poor in shipping/quality or maybe (?) scams (?). I was just curious if you personally avoid certain sites, check them out before purchasing (wishing I did) --basically how do you know what's reputable and what's not? I'm 58 so in the past have only ordered from companies I've used in past (Macy's, Dillards, Chico's...) & to save money tried Amazon (things you found-great; some I tried just so-so), Wal-Mart (not impressed) & various things that have popped up through Instagram ads. (UGH-wish I knew how to discern whether the shipping was reasonable or going to be weeks). Just thought this might be a great topic for your channel as I assume many who follow might be undergoing the same situation & need help in navigating the process. I appreciate your wisdom & reliability & have found some great staples, trendy items, & new-to-me trustworthy companies & am pleased with each addition, thank you.
I categorically never order from Instagram or FB ads. Hard pass. I only order from known, reputable established retailers.

Have you tried anything from SHEIN? I have always avoided it, but recently placed a fairly large order to try it out. Some of the pieces are awful. But some are wonderful. Seems to be no in-between. It’s either a big yes or a big no. I love some of their two piece sets. Really fun. And so cheap , even if I only wear them a few times , I won’t regret buying them. I’m sure people might be all over you for trying SHEIN… everyone is so easily offended. But, I think it’s fun, and would enjoy a try on from you.
I absolutely refuse to give any money to Shein. They reached out to me to do a collab, I replied that I did not want to work with a brand that sold swastikas on their website and I was told to "get over it, the Holocaust happened a long time ago". I know everyone has their line in the sand, and that one is mine. It's a no for me!

I’m like you and have jumped on the Walmart wagon. I was searching for sports bras and tried on a unique sports bra at Walmart. I didn’t like it because the straps were too long and not adjustable. Later that day I went to Dicks to look for sports bras. I saw THE EXACT sports bra at Dicks but it had a Nike swish. There is no mistaking the design because it was very specific.

Hi Marnie. I purchased the Amazon jumpsuit and it is amazing. I'm 5'3" and normally wear 8P; the medium fit perfectly. I have the air essentials two piece and this jumpsuit fabric is pretty darn close to the Spanx. Super comfy.

I was looking at the BRF cargo pants for air travel. I like having the zipper pockets for things I want to easily access such as ear buds, ID, phone. But I hesitate to get them because pants with elastic waist tend to slide down with the weight of a phone.
My friend bought me a Members Mark 2 pc travel set from Sam's Club which had a hidden zipper pocket in the pullover jacket that's large enough to hold everything I need. I love it! It's thin enough for air travel in the summer, and both the jacket and pants are buttery soft.
Unfortunately, Sam's Club no longer sell this set. Would love to have something similar if you run across something like that.

I love the air essentials inspired jumpsuit! I live in jumpsuits! I bought 5 colors: tan, pink, black, navy, light blue. I did add a clear snap behind the neck as I found the button and loop tricky to button. Great find!
