Not if you been dealing in realeatte for years. You understand how appriasals are done. It is not rocket science. Appriasal done for loans so he will have to get for that nit to decide on price. Appraisers are going to compare other sales of houses in same condition in same area, get a Price per sqft and calculate house Price.

Just lied to her about so many things, including what money she has paid since the refinance and what it goes to. To protect herself, and her asset, the home, the equity in it, the furniture, plus to make sure all of the money she has put in it is FULLY accounted for, she needs a forensic account to go over all of it. To make sure that any information he's giving is factual and truthful. He is a known liar, and I wouldn't trust anything he has to say about that home.

It wasn't friendly advice. It was bullying! Sheana's snobby tone towards Jo surprised me, especially since Sheana herself was bullied by the other ladies for several seasons. She should show empathy towards Jo, not join the rest of the mean girls! But, then again, Sheana will do anything to be a part of the mean girls group! Sounds like HS!
That was the only time I enjoyed Sheana this season - I don't think it was bullying that time, I think Sheana was just giving her girls bathroom at the club style advice like "girl this is you 15 mins to promote your career why are you covering your hair?!"

I feel for Brock's two kids here in Australia, watching their dad be involved & devoted to Summer when he didnt make them a priority in the past. Once you're a parent it's not about you so no excuses for mistakes or whatever. It's always the children that have to live with the consequences. The kids miss out & he's showing his happy family life throwing it in their faces publicly. I'm glad they have a caring stepdad but that's not good enough. We cant compete with America in terms of jobs in the entertainment industry but this country is full of opportunities to live a successful life. No justification for leaving your kids on the other side of the world.
What is his main job? Is he an actor? Or is his only income the show?

I've never met a group of people more toxic or more Unlikeable than Katie, Ariana, and Scheana.
No matter the magnitude of discretions, you hold those accountable for their actions. How do you know she didn’t tell her friend she was fu@king up, making bad decisions or what THEY should do. Who are you or anyone to tell, judge or tell others or even know what happens outside of your view.
Self Mastery is not letting others control your emotions by their actions, reactions or lack there of and have the ability to be able to not hold crap over others head because your annoyed. You in a sense allow others to control your emotions, reactions, etc and showing weakness in being your best self.

Get a house appraisal, and realtor, see what your options are to price and how long it will take. Or both move out and rent the house to tenants. Split the rent cost
