Street riding is different then track riding specially the freeway . Gixer brah is the same way his first track day was with Tammy noob 😂 and he tore that track up for the first time on one and his street riding is impressive

i love that you can compare bikes like that ! and no bias things! People overate bmw...Honda SP is amazing! BMW suspension needs to set the preload and rebound settings right! I think rebound is too much and maybe it needs more preload(it seems really stiff for road use) ,but you need to talk with shop for that !

I think feeling light in the front can be changed by setting your suspension, I know on mine, I drop the front and raise the rear makes it go from stable to light in the front. It is definitely something to tune for the rider and weight. changing rake and trail

The track doesnt have long sweeping turns like the highways 😂. Super technical. There are some tracks that are less technical and flowy. But for the tracks ive gone to a 600cc is more then enough bike.
Yea the only track I’d take my RRR to is cota. But everything else I’m gonna buy a R6 for. 🔥🙌
My first track day was a very humbling experience. I’ve rode street for years but like OP stated, the track is wayyy more technical and you’ll learn a lot there that will make you a far better rider. Definitely make it happen and get to a track day when you have a chance man. I promise you you’ll be wanting to go back immediately after your first day 😂.

Great video bro! 💯 The stock steering damper on the S1k isn't great to start with. Changed mine out to ohlins and you can really feel the difference. Also like others have said the suspension needs to be dialed in.

Yea he needs his suspension tuned to his weight. It wasn’t bad but just wasn’t nearly as smooth as the blade 🔥
I switched to an ohlins steering damper for my BMW. it makes a world of difference. The stock one isn't that good.
