2020 Audi S3 Badge Swap: going from chrome to black

- Car debadging is very popular here in southern California. What used to be called car debadging is now being commonly called a badge delete. But "deleting" the emblems from this Audi S3 doesn't stop there.
Once you remove old car emblems you now have a clean canvass to work with which means more options if you are installing new emblems.
What this translates to you as a car owner is options: if the original emblems were not aligned properly, you can remedy that problem. Or if you prefer the replacement emblems to be positioned differently than where the original car emblems were.
Options!
In this car emblem removal video, the Expert at Auto Fetish Detail doesn't stop with a traditional car emblem removal, but installs new car badges for a more "ominous" appearance to this 2020 Audi with black emblems to replace the chrome original emblems.
If you live in the southern California area and want the expertise that can only be had from 30+ years of professional experience, then reach out to Auto Fetish Detail.

AGREED!!
No short cuts, just clean work.
I wish I could have this done to my A4. However, I don't know shit about using any tools (nor have any) and would never trust myself to do it. I'd have to find a shop around here that could do this for me.
It is the best job I have ever watched.
Wow! Super helpful. Might have to go to town on m S5!!
Hi, what disc did you use to remove the glue?
What is that wheel called that you used to take off the emblem adhesive
Stripe-off wheel made by 3M
Hi there, I just bought a 2018 S3 and am looking on doing this the right way. I previously owned a 2009 A4 and did it the not-so-good way by spray plasti-dipping the badges. Im going to buy that 3M eraser tool, but would you care to tell me the other attachment you used to buff(?) after erasing the residue? I wanna make sure I do it all right without ruining my paint. Thanks in advance
What kind of pad is that to get off the adhesive? Looks like plastic lol
3M Stripe Off Wheel aka Adhesive Remover Eraser Wheel.
Great job brother!!
What is the use of the masking tape?
Confused me as ai thought you'd keep it in place so you know where your new badges need to go?
It’s so they don’t scratch the paint
If you don’t mind me asking where did you get that emblem
hi i bought mine from the audi website
Just bought an S3 and looks like someone before me put on mirror caps and rear spoiler. Well they did a bad job and both are coming off. What should i use to get them to stick back down?

Great job man
I can’t get my Mazda logo off no matter how much heat I put
woahhh what did you have on the end of your drill i need that it was so fast
Think it’s called a toffee wheel
Where did you purchase this?
Looks good. Too bad there was no explanation.
What's the attachment called for the drill ?
3M Stripe Off Wheel
Where do you purchase the black replacement badges?
I got mine from the dealer. I waited for them to be on sale
What wire do you use ?
Dental floss
Fishing line
Awesome video and tutorial good friend. Best untold secret. Easiest cash u will ever make.b well good friend
3rd party people
And no plastidipping the badges 👌👍😄
let me save u geys some time when u take the logo out dont remove the white stuff, instead put the new logo on it
That is simply not true if you leave the old residue behind the new emblem will not stick properly to the surface besides it's better to start fresh and do it the way he did it
@@Americafirst-i8qwhat would you use to stick it back on?
let me save u geys some time when u take the logo out REMOVE the white stuff, then put the new logo on it
