    I appreciate that you don’t read a spec sheet (easily found on sailboat data for anyone to find) and instead do a thorough walkthrough. Well done. Not a sailor, don’t own a boat, but watch loads of your content - someday I’ll buy one off you.

    I like your videos, but I wish you would include the mechanical spaces, tank capacities etc. Thanks for your understanding.

    Vital information like price, draft and shape of hull would be necessary to determine feasibility of short listing.

    Love your videos! This is a gorgeous boat. My new favourite saying is also, too! 😎

    I love the look of these recent pilot saloons when they're tied up. There are so many different step ups/step downs, though, that I get really nervous about breaking a leg when trying to maneuver through the cabin at night in rough weather while at sea.

      To your point, one has to be aware of the one small step if they go into galley or forward cabin. However, been on her in rough seas (by far the most comfortable, safe s/v I’ve been on) lots of grab rails and the main salon is on one level, galley one step down but highly secured galley...Beyond that, she has very kindly sea motion (comfort ratio > 30)....In general, this boat does great in both light air (due to high aspect ration rig - actually slipped passed some j-boats much to their surprise) and extremely comfortable in rough seas with 36,000 pounds with the heavy lead ballast and the deep rudder.

    it looked like the chain was massive for a boat of that size - i wanted to see the chain locker.

    Nice tour 👍. Well build vessel. But the step up step down designs are not my style. Prefer actually the Jeauneau DS version's. Only one step. But at all is the price worth.

    Must NOT have an ENGINE.
    Ian, HOW can you forget details about accessing the engine?

    Never ever buy a boat with teak decks

    • @sabujroy3483
      @sabujroy3483 2 года назад +1

      Why ??

    • @mirror1675
      @mirror1675 2 года назад

      @@sabujroy3483 Because the teak is secured by thousands of screws going down into the balsa core of the deck and over time water gets past the screws and rots the core, so it’s not just a matter of replacing the teak.
