This stunning vessel is flawless! If importation of used boats to Brazil wasn't forbiden, I'd be calling you now. Very nice longer and more precise presentation, but not much about the sails plan. Appear to be in mast furling. Is it?

I’d prefer a large shower, closet, and/or washer and dryer than the bunk bed room. Seems like wasted space unless married with 2 young kids. Otherwise gorgeous boat.

and again.... and again.... and... again. I don't understand where "again" comes into play when it was never previously stated.
The only problem with this boat is she's an old lady, even the day she was made & left the shipyard... it's a beautiful design but obviously belongs to previous millenium... it should be very hard to swallov to order a way retro-line boat in 2018 while knowing what else you can buy with very same amount of money. You have to love it too much to do such thing.. Man, we're talking about 400K, I can buy a 2018 Jeno 51 yachts or an OC51.1 or a 520GL or.. or.. etc... I wonder why the owner decided to say goodbye at this really short time of usage, specially after that very uncommon and unique investment...
anyway.. I never understand those ppl who buy 2019 Bentleys too...
The DS look in general you feel is “old” or is there something actually better about he other boats you mentioned? Or you feel it is just over priced for the length?
@@PaulGoldstein There's not an objective rule for that... I'm not sure if she's overpriced or not couse I don't have any other similar vessel on the market to compare with... If she goes fast by a tiny bargain-discount, then it's a fair price. if not, it's an overpriced boat..

But I have to say, one of the last SO53's produced before Jeno sent that model to retro-line has bought by my pontoon neighbor in 2013 with 275K€ pricetag (apx 325K$ at the time)... she came with all available options as well... and obviously she has 9' longer LOA than this...
From the other POV, mentioned (new) boats are all 2m+ longer than her and all gives ~10m2 bathing platforms without using their LOA... They also comes with XXL mastercabins to reset this 44's DS effect...
So... "over priced" could be a just tag for her by an average boat customer... But it might be defined as a fair price by a guy who loves ex-desings and hates new iron shaped sailboats...
