I would love to know how long the shungite should be in the water before we drinking the water?
@@joymusk5263 I use elite shungite raw pieces pea size or larger. I use about 15 pieces. Put in 1/2 gallon glass jar. Fill with distilled water. Leave at least 4 hours before use. I leave pieces in jar when it has about 1/2 inch left I clean pieces in fresh distilled water let dry in Sun and start over.

From what I understand, the water with the Shungite in it, is supposed to sit for awhile, several hours or longer. That isn't mentioned in the video at all.
resting water fr about 2 days is what i heard - is a good amount of time to prepare it. i would defn leave it for 1 day minimum
my grandma used to do this when i was little and said "it makes the water better" and that her russian friend did it too (im polish) and thats where she learned it from... she didnt know exactly what was going on, but wow how weird is it to grow up and later learn that granny was making an elixir 😂

A very helpful article, "Shungite application for treatment of drinking water - is it the right choice?" seems to indicate the Shungite should be soaked in water for at least 5 days, changing the water daily, and the water should be tested for lead and other heavy metals before consumption. Stay safe, cheers.

Shungite does not come from organic material, nor does it come from an asteroid. It is good for purifying water, but generally speaking, gem elixirs are overrated, the best way to work with shungite, or any stone or crystal is to hold it in the fingertips, both hands are best. It balances the energy in the body, it's energetic movement is subtle, but it very swiftly moves through the whole body, arms, legs, torso, head, feet, the whole system, and in less than a minute it starts repeating the whole process, and so on and so on.

If you reuse the same piece of elite Shungite, should you cleanse it in between?
No that isn't necessary. If you get iron deposits on the elite shungite you can use an old toothbrush to brush off the deposits.
Someone suggested on a blog I saw to boil them every couple of weeks to keep from getting slimy. Kind of makes sense to me. I don't think boiling will alter a stone. I was thinking about putting in the dishwasher? I am just getting started so any feedback would be appreciated!
I was told by specialist to not use polished stones as they can have less ability to filter out the water
I made a video on shungite water and I can say with certainty. Shungite is not great for water filtration.
The best way to make Shungite water is to have a ratio of 1 gram of Shungite for every 10 grams of water. If your water is good Then you want a minimum of 6 hours charged but the best results happen at 24 hours. I've been working with Shungite water for 4 years consistently so I know what works and what doesn't.

These rocks are from a mining operation in Russia and will contain chemicals used in mining operations. Do not drink the shungite water but feed your plants with the shungite water only.

You should boil it in A glass or ceramic pan before using it. I charge mine by putting it outside under the full moon every month. I put the whole picture of water with all the shungite in it.

I am not HB, but I have been drinking shungite water for over a year. No need to charge the shungite. Mine stays in my water basin, we magnetize the water so that it is alkalized and not acidic.

Can you leave them in a BPA free plastic bottle or stainless steel or does it have to be in glass? Can you have it in a closed container or do you have to leave it open for air to get into it?
Thanks for the video, I have a question regarding crystal water. I like to make water with sliced lemons and grated ginger (both organic) over night, which I drink in the morning. I think adding crystals into this water is most likely a bad idea, what about making crystal water and then add lemos and ginger to it, or is it just overkill :D?

I’ve used shungite in my water for several years because it purifies it. But I’m a little confused by this video. She doesn’t say the purpose of shungite water or what it does energetically or why we’d want to make it ... just to plop this stone into water 🤔

@@kaynekayne1137 yes! it essentially acts like a charcoal filter because shungite is something like 98% carbon. If you let it sit in your water bottle, it will absorb (ie remove) impurities like heavy metals and bacteria.
kayne kayne1 it doesn’t. This channel is for looneys that don’t understand scientific terminology. You could make a filter out of carbonised materials yes. But plopping it in the water and expecting it to then be clean is a gimmick for the extremely gullible. PLEASE if you have dirty water PLEASE boil it. Do not replace boiling the water or using proper sterilisation/filtration methods with throwing stones with some carbon inside at your water. Even proper filters have to be replaced... where do these people think all these impurities they speak of are going.... there is something called saturation limits in everything. Some people talking about removing heavy metals don’t even know what heavy metals are.... or that we do need some metals in our body in accordance with recommended daily allowances ofcourse. Most of y’all are also in places where you all have access to clean water that have already been filtered... it’s nice to have an extra filter if you like... but not popping stones in your drink to sink to the bottom and think it’s doing anything... especially anything fast enough for you to be waiting to drink it 😂😂😂. I have read you need to keep the shungite in the water for a few hours to 48 hours to filter and clean the water. Is this true? Im guessing you're making more of a shungite programmed water in this video. x
I think you need to leave the inferior shungite in for quite a few hours but I read that you don't need to do that with Elite. Perhaps someone could confirm that please. I am sure I read to use 3 pieces of Shungite, something to do with a positive spin, quantum physics etc. Which I know nothing about 😁.

no it just recharges the water and may activate the chemicals in it also... you need to filter your water first with reverse osmosis or buy distilled water or spring water.

I’ve just made this amazing water, I only have several small pieces so I put 3 in, the first taste of the water I got a sweet taste after that I got a dry taste to it. I removed two of the small stones and left the larger one in and topped the water up and found it easier to drink. I’ve felt low on energy recently and I already feel more energised. Namaste
