    Hi. Thanks for the review. Would love to hear your thoughts on getting 1 of each. 1 sb1000pro and 1x3000micro.

      For the same room? I probably wouldn’t.

    Thanks for sharing. I'm comparing the Micro to the SVS SB 1000 Pro, don't think the size difference is substantial enough to make me wanna buy the Micro to save space. Seems like a hard trade-off. After all, size equals punch with subs. That's my perception at least. Btw, I'm talking pretty small room in my case and a rather generic multipurpose TV/music setup. No wife 🙏

    Seriously considering 3000 for the living room. High traffic area that I want some bass but not rattle pics off the wall. Thanks for the review.

    The white does look really nice and its literally shocking how effective they are for small subs btw, thanks for showing them together as its the first time I've got a real sense of scale of these speakers. +1 sub. The only downside of the white is it reflects the most light as far as watching in a dark room.

      I would go with ash black color before the glossy black since it’s cheaper, less prone to finger prints, and will reflect a little less in a dark room.

      @@Upscaled_HT ok, i will look for that option.

      @@Upscaled_HT Sadly the 3000 Micro does not come in Ash. It's only glossy black or glossy white. And for that reason alone I am not buying it.

    My room is a standard master bedroom around 4 meters by 3 meters and has no sound proofing. which of the SB1000 or 3000 would have sufficient impct for movies without being overly disturbing outside this bedroom and are these subs particularly musical? In Australia the SVS SB-1000 Pro costs $1,214.00 and the 3000 Micro costs $1,709.00 AUD

      I would say get the sb1000 pro. Better performance and cheaper. It’s just a little bigger.

    Any idea how the Micro compares with the old Sunfire mini subs?

    • @Upscaled_HT
      @Upscaled_HT  4 месяца назад +1

      Not clear. I did hear that the sun fires had a tendency to move due to the vibration.

    Whats the difference between line level and pass-through inputs? Also, is it possible to use the app to turn off the sub when I want to use the speaker system but without the sub such as when people are sleeping or during the day and don't want to disturb the rest of the house?

    • @Upscaled_HT
      @Upscaled_HT  7 месяцев назад +1

      Pass through is meant for receiver or amplifiers with no subwoofer pre outs. You can lower the volume in the app or create a preset where the volume is much lower and call it quiet or something.

      @@Upscaled_HT ok, if i do that, will it still use a minimum of 700 watts is it even with the volume right down?

    I love white speakers

      I don’t mind them but they’re undeniably easier to get approved on.
