To know about the color, texture and extent of cooking after adding each veg into the vessel! It has to be clearly visible, noticeable and easily differentiating before and after being cooked (like onions, tomatoes and other added veggies) For that, proper lighting has to be focused on the contents of the vessel and also proper shooting without any glare or unwanted reflections on camera.. This is okay but try to check it❤
