I never get tired of looking at or talking about eyeshadow palletes. I love seeing things from long ago. Always a thrill when I see some that I have. 😃 So much good stuff!! I need to stop being a makeup goblin but it's so hard to resist.
A few years ago i decluttered a lot of my palettes, I had quite a big collection of them. It was easy for me to do, I was "young and shallow" I guess 🤣🤣 because I had spent so much money on those palettes, there were limited editions, beautiful palettes. I've had many opportunities to regret that declutter and I still wish I had most of those palettes but hey! At least that's taught me that I shan't be decluttering any more of my palettes. My tastes change constantly and i'm sure those palettes i decluttered would bring me joy now. Oh well! 🤷🏻♀️
That’s such a good point, Eva!! Tastes do change and it’s not fun to have regrets about getting rid of things that maybe we should hold on to. I read a book not too long ago about decluttering your house. And the author mentions that if you haven’t touched something in 6 months, then it’s clutter and you should get rid of it. So that’s how I try to operate now. But man, it’s TOUGH!!!!!!🥴

I have never seen the Nomad Tuscany and it is BEAUTIFUL!! I love the idea of rearranging a palette to make more sense. I am thinking of doing that with my Beauty Bay Jade palette because I don't like the way it is laid out. The OG Soft and Sultry from Milani is gorge! I am so bummed that I didn't buy that formula when it was out. You absolutely, 100% need to keep the That's Taupe! It's taupey goodness and the formula is so beautiful! The Blowin' Smoke is amazing! I almost decluttered it and I'm so happy that I didn't! I want to try Moira. I have heard so many great things about them. You did an amzing job of decluttering! Sorry, 3rd comment here, I'm gabby. I have a lot of the same colourpop palettes. I agree that the Lilac palette needed a shade that was deeper. I have to use it as an accent. The Blue Moon palette made me dip my toes into using blues. Now I use it all of the time. This series is so good for me to watch!!! I absolutely 💯 ♥️ it!

I can't say how much I love long form videos on RUclips enough! I know I worry when I break the 30 minute mark myself but sometimes things take as long as they take. Love it or lump it is what I say to the haters. Not that I have had any complaints. As for palette collection/declutter videos, I LOVE them and yours is no exception! MWAH xox PS. I don't buy ColourPop anymore. One thing I notice with creators that do is that those palettes seem to be the ones they declutter the most. Just saying. xox
I love long videos, too. Especially collection videos. My fave!! I love to see what people have, what the love, what they don’t etc. The Nosey Nan in me, I guess. Yeah, CP cranks out too many releases and the quality suffers. I do have some wonderful staples in my collection from the brand but they haven’t released anything for quite a while that gets my goat. My Going Coconuts and That's Taupe stay at the top of my pile. When I'm in a rush and don't have creativity, those are my go to. Always a great look with them. I do have Bare Necessities, so I probably don't need Going Coconuts. Actually I should put it in my travel case for when everyone goes to Hawaii and I watch their pets, 🤣
Lol, I just opened Lilac you alot yesterday. I was thinking the same thing; it needs a deeper shade. I got it because someone did a really pretty look, but I'm not happy with my look when I use it.
The hard thing with that Unearthly palette is what to do with it - the reds and greens don’t go together naturally for me. I own it and have never used it either. It will likely end up being a companion palette for me to user with other neutrals OR I’ll declutter it.
It’s a really different color story for sure. I know that’s why I’ve hesitated, too. I am not super experienced with challenging color stories. I’ve heard so many amazing things about the formula. I think we can do it!! We can conquer this palette, my friend!!!🤗💖😘

@@dawnr9158 I decluttered Blush Crush a while back. Just couldn’t really get it to show up that great on me. I almost think it was a bum palette. Sometimes CP palettes can be crappy. They crank em out too fast!

Sorry, 3rd comment here, I'm gabby. I have a lot of the same colourpop palettes. I agree that the Lilac palette needed a shade that was deeper. I have to use it as an accent. The Blue Moon palette made me dip my toes into using blues. Now I use it all of the time. This series is so good for me to watch!!! I absolutely 💯 ♥️ it!

I can't say how much I love long form videos on RUclips enough! I know I worry when I break the 30 minute mark myself but sometimes things take as long as they take. Love it or lump it is what I say to the haters. Not that I have had any complaints. As for palette collection/declutter videos, I LOVE them and yours is no exception! MWAH xox
PS. I don't buy ColourPop anymore. One thing I notice with creators that do is that those palettes seem to be the ones they declutter the most. Just saying. xox
I love long videos, too. Especially collection videos. My fave!! I love to see what people have, what the love, what they don’t etc. The Nosey Nan in me, I guess. Yeah, CP cranks out too many releases and the quality suffers. I do have some wonderful staples in my collection from the brand but they haven’t released anything for quite a while that gets my goat. My Going Coconuts and That's Taupe stay at the top of my pile. When I'm in a rush and don't have creativity, those are my go to. Always a great look with them. I do have Bare Necessities, so I probably don't need Going Coconuts. Actually I should put it in my travel case for when everyone goes to Hawaii and I watch their pets, 🤣

The hard thing with that Unearthly palette is what to do with it - the reds and greens don’t go together naturally for me. I own it and have never used it either. It will likely end up being a companion palette for me to user with other neutrals OR I’ll declutter it.
It’s a really different color story for sure. I know that’s why I’ve hesitated, too. I am not super experienced with challenging color stories. I’ve heard so many amazing things about the formula. I think we can do it!! We can conquer this palette, my friend!!!🤗💖😘
