I was so excited to see this pop up in my notifications. I've used your videos to help me study for and pass 5 of my ase tests on the first attempt and the A3 is the one I'm studying for next! Thank you for all your work

Feedback after taking the test: I spent the first minute talking about input shaft/output shaft. You don't have to worry about getting confused by names, the input shaft was only mentioned in the answer to 1 question.
The info from 1:14 to 2:29 is relevant. The test used the word "whirring" to describe one of the noises, make sure to study up on that. There was 3 questions on bearing noise and noise in general.
Synchronizers, the info from 3:06 to 3:24 is excellent! I saw no questions about blocking ring clearance BUT know the function of the synchronizer.
Study more on shift forks, such as measuring the specification and what happens when they go bad.
Many questions on shifting issues such as hard shifting. The info shown is useful.
2 of the 3 questions at the end of the video looked near identical to the ones on the test.

3 questions near the end of the video:
      1. (B) interlock
      2. (A) only Technician A , the input shaft bearing is turning in drive and in neutral. The output shaft bearing is turning while the rear wheels are turning. Disengaging the clutch stops the input shaft from turning while the engine is on. The key point here is to know when the 2 bearings are turning
      3. (C) worn blocker rings. Look at 3:17 , the blocking ring is the gold colored piece (brass). All the other pieces would be metallic (grey, silver).
