Since Frieza became the God of Destruction of Universe 9, I am surprised Vegeta did not take the offer of becoming the new God of Destruction and succeed Beerus which he decides to more competitive by taking out the bad planets and threats while motivating Shin to make new planets with life. In order to raise up the Mortal Level of Universe 7 and keep an eye on Frieza.
Even if he did he couldn't do anything. Because God's of Destruction, are forbidden from fighting each other. Also, if Frieza can casually remain in Golden while having perfect control over Destruction. How is Vegeta supposed to beat him? Lastly, there has to be a law somewhere against multiversal conquest. So him being a G.O.D candidate, gives him protection.
Omni-king Frieza: I now know what I must do, I will shred this multiverse down to its last atom, and as Omni-king create a new one teaming with life, that knows not what it has lost but only what has been given, a grateful multiverse.

It also kinda stops someone like frieza from existing again, which is also a good thing. No more galactic large empires, no more random planetary destruction needed, the tournaments themselves unneeded. Truly a weirdly good outcome, one I could see goku of all people praising frieza on, assuming he time travels there.

I am full heartily impressed, this what if, though short, was outstanding. While sketching, I couldn't help but continue to sit on the edge of my seat. You graphed this fantastically, all parts seemed to run as smooth as silk. Please, keep up the amazing work!
In the end, it is all Goku's fault and if he had come to recruit Yamcha into Team Universe 7, Frieza wouldn't have joined Universe 9 to be revived for real, ascend as the new God of Destruction and become the new Omni-King of the Multiverse.
I mean, he learned to attain permanent Golden Frieza mode by focusing his rage. Once that immense hurdle was overcome, even timescales in the realm of gods, angels, and gods of destructions would be nothing to a person as insanely driven as Frieza.
An oddly satisfying what-if story despite the fact the bad guy won. Wish you'd make more dramatic and grim ending scenarios in the future. That would be refreshingly interesting
Gonna be honest I can understand how getting teachings from the angel would make him a better Ruler same with your if Frieza turned good. He isn't Insane or Psychotic. He is fair and for the most part isn't that evil persay. And I feel him being the G.O.D would make him and even better ruler

Honestly wish this was cannon. Would be a cool way to reset DragonBall without throwing out everything and elevating frieza to an even more important position in the show. I could imagine a sequel series that takes inspiration from original DragonBall, with frieza taking an extreme interest in these somehow repeating events.
This could be another time travel thing. Imagine a spin off where Trunks is travelling through timelines to see what are the possibilities and seeing this timeline he tries to leaves immediately but is stopped by Frieza to have a chat.
Though it was only 2 episodes, this is funnily enough one of my favorite what ifs. Its obvious Masako just went with the creative flow and had fun with this one, and indeed it was fun from start to end. All Hail Omni Emperor Freezy-pop!
I liked this one a lot. I've thought for a while that Zeno is essentially a higher tier Destroyer and the GP is angel attendant. Meaning that the GP may actually be more powerful, even if he serves him.
Going back to all of your what if’s makes me wish you do a “into the spider verse” special where all your characters from all your what if’s interact with one another. That would be neat.

His race already were seemingly long lived, King Cold is still around after all. While he maybe wasn't immortal who's to say he wasn't already on track to being a long runner ruler of the universe? (even without a wish on the dragon balls) Being a GOD is also basically access to unfathomable power, another thing Freeza likes. He had many years to focus on 'improving his universe' as he saw fit, and always had his bigger goals to work towards. Really if anything it'd be the best thing for him.
The fact that even Frieza is a better God of Destruction than Beerus says a lot about Beerus as a Destroyer, how this cat is still a Destroyer or even got the job in the first place is beyond me.
