It feels so good to hear the connection from the diaspora to Liberia, whatever, ways and means possible to interact in to improve the livelihood of Liberians in the motherland. To note that nurses have taken such a leap to make a difference in our local hospitals using every resource possible to ensure they reach the masses is indeed encouraging to many who are seeking to help move the country forward. What a game changer...thanks so much and I will help to spread this organization to reach their targets. Thanks, Zawadi for this video, u continue to inspire many of ur to return home to make a difference.
Bravo ladies. My brother worked for the UN in Liberia. I had a Liberian-Trinidadian girlfriend as well as Liberian-Zimbabwean girlfiriend. I have Liberian friends. I am Zimbabwean. Thanks for the capacity building.
Powerful interview! Thanks for all you do for our country!!! This is a sacrifice. It is so powerful to see these young people giving back. May God bless you and keep you. May his face shine upon and give you peace.
One of the biggest challenges I’ve heard with the healthcare system back home is the lack of proper diagnosis. A person could go in coughing and they assumed they have Pneumonia and hook them up to a machine and over fill the iv drops not knowing the person maybe diabetic, which can lead to other problems. So adequate or the right diagnosis is also important
Yes my wife went to Cuttington and she has a degree in biology amd she has a degree in nursing and we are working on improving the health care services and I know it is a big thing in Healthcare in Liberia I will also hope to make Liberia better I pray for all of the Healthcare industry to grow peace and blessings beyond measure 🙏 ✨️ 🙌
This is a very good question. Nurses are the main pillars in every health care sector. Specifically, they are very important in the Liberia health sectors. However, the new nurses that are doing their practical should put down their pride and learn from the ones who are more experienced. I had an encounter with a trainee, and she almost killed me. I was just blessed that the most experienced head nurse was there, and she noticed that I was allergic to the drug being administered and that she had to neutralize the effect. She wasn't listening. Instead, she kept on arguing with me while my heart was pumping faster than usual. Nurses everywhere in the world are one of the most important people. I just want to appreciate those who are helping to reshape the health sector in Liberia.
I really passionate the s topic of these hard working nurses I would really love to get more information about nurse to nurse group so how to be part this passionate team as an American/Liberian going back soon home give a helping hands to our people that are more than care!🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
I pray that MAMA liberia will grow and gain a very big Healthcare wave and I hope that the resourses to gain the strength to grow industries that the people can gain new knowledge and new politician that can become younger and leave all old world things in the past we jave so so so many young generations growing up we need the young to rise and grow MAMA Liberia up peace and blessings beyond measure 🙏 ✨️ 🙌

Yes, I’m in agreement. It is a very pivotal sector that should be critically cared for.

@@zawadiem hope our nurses(Liberian nurses)get the proper training. Is your organization helping in that regard?
@@erichall465 These nurses are well credentialed and they do competency checks.
@zawadiem Well, it's said that Liberian nurses, at least most of them, aren't competent enough. Perhaps it's the lack of proper training.
I am interested in joining.
