    Looks wonderful! I did oyster in passion fruit jelly as Heston Blumenthal, but I think your version is even more interesting and amazing. Just one question - for the coconut sauce it was written Tablespoon (Tbs) on the screen but looks like you used Teaspoon (tsp). I will be really appreciate if you give me a comments.Thank you.

      @@Irena-x9i Uhm I checked and pretty I subbed correctly, I used tablespoon for coconut milk, cream and oyster juice, then teaspoon for green oil
