One of the things that amazed me about classic BFDI (mostly in mid-to-late bfdi & early bfdia) is how underrated it was with how high quality it was, arguably even in early bfdi
Above everything else, the most impressive thing about the 1st season is that cary and michael managed to make not just an internet cartoon, but one where they had to release an episode every month, even though they were like 10 when bfdi started. Those two are really dedicated.
3:49 You actually got me thinking about just how much this could've impacted BFDI. I don't think it's fair to save Needle or Golf Ball with this since they got out fairly, BUT, what about Pin? It's pretty easy to guess that the reason for her change in BFDIA is because she got eliminated in BFDI so early, so if she used her win token to actually save herself (and in turn realising she could've gotten eliminated), she might've started her character development early on and make it pretty damn far. Only downside is that Pen would've gotten out extremely early, but considering everything, I do think he'd rejoin over Blocky... maybe.
You know the filler chocolate ball part of the challenge is useless when BFDI 23, an episode with EVERY challenge in it, doesn't even have the chocolate ball eating part in it. Although, another good thing about BFDI 4 was actually something that gets overlooked quite often... So close to the end of the challenge Pencil, Match and Bubble all realize they haven't started making their cakes yet so they decide to buy some of Leafy's cake, however when Match sees that Woody doesn't have any cash to buy Leafy's cake, she uses her extra $5 to buy an extra cake for Woody. It's nothing crazy but I do like how it portrays Match because since we've definitely seen her acting rude to people like Spongy and Bubble before this, I think it's nice they gave her a redeemable moment. I really like the alliance's portrayal in the original BFDI, they were still mostly nice overall and they were really fun to watch (I also liked when Ice Cube got into the alliance later on as well, that was nice)
Oh my god really love this ranking! BFDI 22 being at the top is such a peak choice (especially because of the speaker box duo and plus on how overall fun the challenge was) great ranking honestly no complaints here!
Thats a nice ranking, this was actually pretty entertaining to watch, ya deserve that 100k subscribers. But a note : About the Death without recovery centers idea, technically, this was explored in bfb too. The recovery centers were destroyed in bfb 1 but then Four came and was able to recover the contestants, so taking that away from them from bfb 6-10 when donut became host was interesting as we saw everyone miss their friends and get more dissapointed about it.
I will calculate the average for people that want to know. Also, congrats on 100k APOY! You really deserve it. The answer I have collected is 56.4%! Please let me know if i am incorrect.

Interesting ranking for sure! Glad to see that you don't entirely hate the finale (I personally think BFDI 25 and BFB 20 are the most overhated episodes of the series). Only real thing I disagree with is that I LOVED BFDI 13! Other then that, I agree with a lot of your points!
i’ve never seen 25 get that much hate but i’m SHOCKED he gave BFDI 15 (Vomitaco) and 18 (Reveal Novum) such low ratings I LOVED them. Plus i don’t understand his complaints about the Bubble hatred because it’s part of the season’s arc

The thing with them never using tokens felt sort of like The writers wanted to use the win tokens, but they didn't want to make it so votes are "wasted" on someone, if you can understand what I am saying, and that is probably why not always everyone got a win token when they got first place in the challenge. Also, if you want to see an object show that has no recovery and characters actually die, assuming you didn't watch already, there is Obsolete Battle Show (the third season of calculated battleground)
Despite what you said about BFDI 24, I still think it's my favorite of the season I didn't mind the filler since they still got some good jokes that made me laugh so much, and besides, it's the penultimate episode so of course there wouldn't be much stuff to work with But even, I still think it's a fun episode

my take on bfdi season 1 is that its neat. Yeah the drama wasn't well written and there are a handful of mid episodes, but like... its charming idk.
