could use a little help, I bought an 2014 825i gator about 2 weeks ago, was used as at a college where they plowed sidewalks and sanded them in the winter, totally a work machine for them, I plan on using it as well to plow etc. but it has no speed, about 5mph and hi rpms, tons of power but no speed. is this normal for some gators? any help will be appreciated. I ve lubed the clutch area and it runs great just no speed.
Make sure you are in high, not low. These can be a bit confusing if you're not familiar with them at first. High on these models is directly under the neutral with not lateral movement. Should be as far right as possible.
Any idea why mine wont go over 27? It's in high it's in 2wd and my seatbelt is on
What year
@@mimstermimster1626 I fixed it
I’m trying to get mine to go fast how did you get it to go that speed

It was 100% factory. Possibly John Deere changed the gear ratio in your model?
My 825i reaches 70 km/h
That’s 44 mph ;)
70 km/h
My 825i gator only reaches 35
Thanks for the comment, what year is your Gator 825i?
