    3. **Add Bend Allowances**: Circular stirrups need additional length to account for the bends at both ends. This extra length is known as the bend allowance. A common practice is to add 45 degrees worth of bend allowance at each end of the circular stirrup. You can calculate the bend allowance for each end using the formula:
    Bend Allowance = (π/4) × Diameter
    4. **Calculate the Total Cutting Length**: Add the circumference of the circle to the sum of the two bend allowances:
    Total Cutting Length = Circumference + 2 × Bend Allowance
