Summary:
Noida Airport also known as Jewar Airport set to open in April 2025, will be Asia's largest airport with six runways, surpassing Beijing Capital International Airport. It will be constructed in four phases with a total budget of ₹30,000 crores.
The airport's location near UP, Delhi, and Haryana borders ensures better connectivity for Western UP passengers, reducing travel time significantly. Its proximity to Yamuna Expressway and Noida Film City is expected to boost regional infrastructure and economic growth.
Jewar Airport is being developed under a Public-Private Partnership with Zurich International Airport. It aims for eco-friendly construction with a net zero carbon footprint, using solar power and rainwater harvesting.
Land acquisition has displaced thousands of farmers, leading to protests. Phases 3 and 4 require further relocation of 43,000 families. Delays in construction and incomplete transportation links are major hurdles.
Alongside Jewar Airport, India will see other major projects completed in 2025, including Navi Mumbai Airport, Delhi-Dehradun Expressway, Mumbai Coastal Road, and the Anji Khad Bridge connecting Kashmir.

instead of having more & more infra ready projects rather than having more jobs doesn't help much. If you see current WEF happening at DAVOS only Maharashtra & AP government has bagged greater corporate investment in there states. Its ok if you people create these vedios. I guess it would be better if you bring attention of government to create more & more investment in new cities which can handle population influx in certain Tier 1 cities.
