I'm from Mbetta, Mbo Daniel Ngake Elad, The best way to have these dance riches from the Mbetta and Njungo and Elumba villages is to video tape any performance!

My dad is from Trinidad and Tobago and when I visited there I saw dancing men on stilts the story goes they came across the ocean on stilts from Africa now I'm wondering maybe from this region 🙃
