Sorry for late but answer is No, Vishnu sir extrusion simulation is not possible with solid edge simulation, Solid edge simulation have basic features of simulation which help to take decision during basic structural designing.i think extrusion process required non linear fea analysis but solidedge have only feature of linear structural analysis. Can I think, that you get your answer?
In solid edge widely used material(metals) all property added in material database. But in wood type material we have to manualy add data like modules of elasticity, yield &ultimate stress, density(if not added).For solution please fill this data to 'material table' which provided just right side of the 'new study' command in solid edge simulation, repeat all the step to simulation. Mine just completley broke. I chose Ash Wood and it has all the settings there but when I look at the report it's saying the mass is zero
