Hello Maria,,delicious looking meals especially the pork steaks....not gaining weight is an accomplishment too,,remember that,feel great when you loose weight and good when you don't gain weight.
Maria you are doing great you are eating healthily and do you feel better for it. I found the next plan was to do some exercising I had a treadmill and used to do 20 minutes of that everyday and then I bought an exercise video and used to workout like that but that was later on in the plan. Keep going you are doing well.❤️❤️

Your meals look like nice and like photographs in cookery book. Half a stone is a lot to come of and like sixteen packets of butter. Why don't you do yourself pan of stock which will be super nutritious with no caleries. You can use stock for all sorts to flavour rice or a gravy of to make stew
I made one last week using celery and leeks. It was delicious as base for soup that felt like medicine to my bones. I am feeling less bloated this week and feeling benefits of nutritious stock
I don't understand why you put yourself through this?. Once you stop you regain.Just eat less of everything. Smaller portions, less meals.Move more.Eat what you like but in smaller amounts.
