- Are you having a problem installing adds on your PS4??? Does your DLC say its installed but it's not in the game??? There could be an issue with the licenses on your content. Go to the setting section, account management and restore the licenses on your PS4. Also, set your PS4 as primary. Once thats done go over the game, select down on the D pad. Then go down to PS store, on the right now your add ons and DLC should display. Download the add ons onto your PS4 now #DON'T SELL

I have trieded to follow the steps of several video's but nothinh worked for me (PS4).
After I decided to try someting myself in it fixed the problem. Hope i will work for you gus.
1. Login on your main account, and delete the game
2. In account manager deactivate you main account as your primary account.
2. Create a new user
3. Activate new user as your primary account
4. Rebuit database in safe mode
5. Restore licences
6. Download the game in playstore.
7. Start the game and go to manage files and download.
8. Download Call of Duty Warzone.
9. After I could download the rest of all the missing files

Dude, I just bought a ps5 for the first time and installed cod HQ and Warzone. Warzone wasn’t working. Watched this video and did what was shown here. Deleted the game and Warzone, re-did my license, and reinstalled. I am able to play. Thank you.
Update: the new cod HQ update came in and I installed the new updates, however it was happening again. All I did was delete all cod files, restored license, and reinstall the cod files and it worked. Just got to know the process.
Guys i had the same problem this is what worked for me.
1) deactivate your playstation as primary
2) activate yout playstation as primary
3)restore your licenses
4)do the update again

Update: Unfortuatately this did NOT fix the DMZ won't install loop. I had not issue with warzone installing or playing but DMZ is stuck in an endless download loop. Sadly this followed to the letter did not resolve that problem. It simply keeps redownloading shared content pack #5. the system, storage, and installed addons all show it installed. Ps4 Cod screen just doesn't recognize it as installed and it won't play.
Have you managed to fix this? I'm having the same problem I've reinstalled the game and erased data but still not working.

Deleted cod on main restore license then deactivate the main go on another acc or make one activate it then go to store download warzone once your able to start up go to files download dmz / warzone then play one game then start up your main I been trying for weeks and I did this and it worked 🤙

I only play DMZ and I cannot seem to get the packet 6/1 to download, it’s been months I have followed all steps for hours upon hours I’m going to give this a shot as well, I have two ps4 and neither one will allow me to play DMZ
This is torture for me it takes minimum 18 hours at the library or 2 days at my house yet I play games and it works fine

I unplugged for 30+ seconds and renewed licenses again per your email
I reached out to PS and no help. Since the program will not install on my profile, is something wrong with my activision profile ???? Activision has responded but just with the unplug and renew license stuff

i literally sat down to do this and some random update is downloading. We'll see if that works or i'm deleting and doing this. it's just 2 GBS and then endless copying though so it's not one of the COD normal downloads in the manage section. With my luck it's just some black ops bs i don't need and wasting my bandwith. i've probably downloaded 600gbs in the past 4 days and 750gb total if you include my first attempts to install dmz like last week.

Nothing for saved game day at gets deleted it’s just the setting to your game system it’s self
