Hi Miguel, can you do a video on symptoms changing during recovery pls? I’m finding not just pain but cerebral stuff is more/less intense at different times - like if I’ve done activity, it can affect my cognition and brain, but there is underlying physical energy there. How do you deal with that - the head symptoms overpowering the body, like a mental crash to stimulus.? Thanks
Exactly the same way you described your pain is what I experience. My functional doctor claimed that this was due to EBV and that I had to work on the nervous system to fix this. The treatments never helped me. The IVs made me worse. I am going to try the brain retraining and mat for this. The warm baths with magnesium helps the burning pain in my arms. Thank you for this as I wondered why EBV doesn’t effect all people with it…which would mean 90+ of the population. That part never made sense to me. You’re a blessing! Thank you
I used to have wandering pain, 24/7 for months. Every few minutes would be a stabbing sensation in a different place. It turned out that I was wheat intolerant and once I came off it the wandering pain was gone within 2 weeks. The non moving leg pain lessened too. Obviously this video is if this sort of thing has been ruled out, but just wanted to share the story cause it still baffles me that so much pain was so easily treated. I'm very grateful to that doctor.
My fibromyalgia pain that moves around is related to emotional distress. Sometimes I journal about my pain, and it goes away. Certain toxic events and people are associated with pain in different body parts. If I don’t express my emotional pain in some way, the pain will intensify. Nicole Sachs is a therapist with a podcast and discusses this concept. Also, my pain does not resolve with any external help (e.g., massage, acupressure, acupuncture, red light therapy, exercise, cranial sacral, CBD, medication) because it’s simply emotional pain.
Hi Miguel, in one of your previous videos you said that you had some people on your jumpstart recovery programme who were recovering from vaccine adverse reactions. Please could you do a recovery interview with someone about this? There seems to be an overlap with symptoms of long covid, vaccine reactions and CFS and I'm sure theres people out there who would find this really helpful, myself included!
With regards to new symptoms, would a new onset of constant dizziness and vertigo for 3/4 weeks be a sign of my body reacting to positive change in my own behaviour towards my recovery?
Its somethimg I wonder whats going in my body . Its the pain and stiffness thats going around . Its like moving from place to place in the parts of my body.
In terms of the cost, it really depends on access to me and I have to see if we can even help you first. I always recommend going through the questionnaire and if you qualify, booking a strategy call to see if you're a good fit for the program! www.cfsrecovery.co/apply
You talk a lot about us who have cfs having hypersensitive nervous systems and that our thoughts control a lot of how we feel.. but I've heard before that cfs is due to reactivated viruses like herpes and ebv that cause it to us... if it's virus that is the problem, it doesn't help, no matter how much you work on changing your thoughts and thinking away the symptoms... Instead, you have to get rid of the root of the evil, i.e. the old virus residues in the body... would like to hear your opinion on this.
Overexerting yourself sometimes does that - look around for all triggers and go step by step. Avoid doing too much at once (when it comes to any activity)
bro i have this 1) im feel tight band like sensation around ribcage shoulder and back side its like somebody tied with heavy chain 2) pain keep shifting sometime very fast,, sometime taking just few hours issue is unsloved,, insha allah i will try recover from this
Have a look at these videos to get a better understanding of what's going on and how the body is trying to recalibrate itself. ruclips.net/video/Z5Bd6uM_oWE/видео.html Also, here's a playlist I created that will help you deal with symptoms if you're looking for more info on specifics: ruclips.net/p/PLJT8-UVmfsmKHgGkCQPKkmHgZL11LqvJa
Good question, to be honest it’s not my place to say because I don’t understand your exact situation and legally I can’t recommend you anything. I can only share what I’ve experienced. I would advise to reach out and discuss this with your doctor! Hope you understand.
Let’s put it this way - I live a much better life than I used to and I can get a lot more done / squeeze more out of the lemon of life than before. If full recovery means doing the same or surpassing your previous quality of life, I am definitely fully recovered!

Glad this brought you clarity to everything you have been going through. Having the knowledge is your first step to recovery!

Same as me!

symptoms keep changing , ,can u tell me before this symptoms somebody have throw negative thoughts on you with their verbal??
Sorry mate I don’t understand your question - I don’t suffer from any symptoms anymore, it’s just something that takes time and perseverance
If my nervous system is very sensitive, could using the mat lead to an AP?
Yes
Is excessive sleepiness the same thing as chronic fatigue? I’m still able to do low to mid intensity exercise. I’m just sleepy all the time.
Cheers

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and interstitial cystitis and I live in pain everyday all day. Is this program affordable?

My thoughts exactly. 19 months of long covid. I would genuinely like his take on this.
I used to have a lot of pain. It all went away when I was able to rest more. It comes back if I do too much.

Let me thank you much for this vedio
You're welcome!
Thank you so much for your videos! Your story is so encouraging. Can you tell me, if psychotherapy during brain retraining is contraproductive?
If done right, psychotherapy combined with brain retraining can actually be complementary!
