my mind is suddenly going "can you drain bodies of water?" (very unlikely to even be planned]
pressurization is planned and you'd be able to fill/drain a container/room of water, but not a body of water on the planet

Will this game have flooding mechanics where sinking ships with realistic flooding will be possible? Similar to Stormworks?

Is it possible to play the game on a NVDIA GeForce GT 1030 graphics card?
No, the game is rendered with ray tracing so you need an rtx gpu
How big will you be able to build before performance becomes degraded?
Will you add a version that has life on the earth like dinosours or plants or somthing? Also will you add other planets or will the moon be the only other celestial body you will be able to go to?
Planning on adding the entire solar system.
Servers can also customize their solar system, currently.
Mods will be able to add animals

I play this game on a 6800XT just fine. You just need to change the graphic settings a bit to suit. I think they are cutting out some of their potential market share saying you require an RTX card! You really don't, just a decent AMD card.
