    This is the third way of tying the Chotki knot I learned here on RUclips and now my favorite. May God reward you abundantly for taking time to make this video and all your other videos! 🤗 The tips you included are also very useful. Now my knots kinda stay closer together even with a satin rope that is so slippery. May you have a blessed Lent and Easter, all good things and joys!

    I received the most beautiful prayer necklace about a year ago during God's Grace in me being reborn. It was very inexpensive but a most cherished item to help me. I believe it was God sent for me to find and receive it. When it showed up there was something very special about that entire moment, the cross and rope formed a heart that warmed my heart as I first laid eyes on it. Thank you for the skill care and diligence in creating them. I had no idea how impacting it would. E on .e and have used it daily since. Im not even sure it was from you, but that does not matter. How is this knot structurally different from the knife lanyard knot, also called a diamond knot? I've tied both and cannot find a difference structurally in the end result.

    • @orthodoxprayerropes6134
      @orthodoxprayerropes6134  5 лет назад

      It may be structurally the same, I don't know that, but the way these knots are different is the two loops that are pulled through allow them to be tightened right up against each other very tightly

      @@orthodoxprayerropes6134 I'll re-tie a diamond knot shortly and see if it also has that feature. I know the process you share here is traditional and the 7 crossings hold meaning.
