    A popular Indo-Chinese dish! Here's a simple recipe for Veg Manchurian:
    Ingredients
    vegetables (cabbage, carrots, beans, cauliflower)
    100 grm paneer
    1 cup maida
    1/4 cup cornflour
    1/4 cup water
    1/4 teaspoon baking soda
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 tablespoon ginger chopped
    1 tablespoon green chilli chopped
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
    1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
    1 tablespoon chili sauce
    1 teaspoon vinegar
    Chopped spring onions and coriander leaves, for garnish
    Instructions
    1. *Chopped all the vegetables Prepare the batter*: In a bowl, mix together flour, cornflour, maida water, , salt, ginger garlic green chilli onion . chopped and chilli sauce mix well
    2. *Make small size ball
    3. *Deep-fry the vegetable ball *: Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry the vegetable ball pieces until golden brown. Drain and set aside.
    4. *Prepare the sauce*: Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chopped garlic, chopped onion, and ginger. Green chilli chopped Stir-fry until the onion is translucent.
    5. *Add the sauces*: Add chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, soya sauce, and vinegar. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes, until the sauce thickens.
    6. *Combine the vegetables and sauce*: Add the fried vegetable balls pieces to the sauce and stir-fry everything together for about 2-3 minutes, until the vegetables are well coated with the sauce.
    7. *Garnish and serve
