To make a website it is important to purchase freelancer plan when i make website with free plan and publish it there was a ad of webwave and domain name also was not change in free plan make a video on this how to purchase freelancer plan and benifits

You don't need freelancer plan - you need premium plan for your domain. It's a combined service that inclue hosting, possibility of connecting personal domain, creating mailboxes, it allows you to connect SSL and many more.
