Time to Talk Day Thursday 2nd February 2017

Hey peeps, and welcome to another Project Unicorn video! Today, Thursday 2nd February 2017, is Time to Talk Day, where we start to combat the stigma around mental health.
I saw a poster at work asking us to think about why we need to talk about mental health, and I wanted to share a few ideas with you all.

Indeed! I had a miserable 10-year period where I was basically unable to function, and now I'm doing really well. You can get through it and to the other side.
