@attwoolls thinking of buying this from you. A few questions. Do all doors have zips along the bottom creating a fully zipped groundsheet? Does the door from the hub into the tunnel also have a mesh panel/window or both?
So none of the doors into the main body have zips along the bottom but it does toggle up at the sides. The door which leads into the tunnel section doesn't have mesh on it and is just a blank door.
Very nice review - thanks 👍 Is this awning also fully water and rain proof? Could this be also used as (very basic) extra bedroom? We only have two beds at our T5 campervan, so I'm thinking to buy 1 or 2 camping beds that could be used during nights to sleep 1-2 extra persons.
The awning is waterproof and there is a bedroom inner that you can buy to make it into a sleeping section. If you do put a bedroom tent inside of the tent there won’t be a lot of space for anything else.
@@AttwoollsCoUk Thanks for the reply this seems to be exactly what I'm looking for. I was actually thinking to use this awning without extra inner. I don't think that I really need the inner tent which would just cause more complex setup. I'm just going to use light bed and simple sleep mask. helinox.com/products/cot-one-convertible and eye cover

Did you end up getting this? We’d also like to use this as an occasional extra sleeping area but don’t really want to have to add the inner. Thanks!
How does it fit to a Vw van?
It depends on what you have on your VW van. Do you have any rails or gutters?
