The Interviewer is inept. Body language is uncertain and lacking confidence; bad pronounciation & he doesn't even open his mouth properly while speaking! As if he thinks he is standing by a pan stall and casually talking to a friend! Either discard him or at least, exhaustively train him before making these videos
