I am a div 1 player with 1750+ rating (Global 9000 rank) this is my main formation and here is some tips for this formation
1.Dont use offensive fullbacks ,not even a single one unless your defending is crazy
2.i don't prefer Creative playmaker in Amf ,Rather I would suggest you to use hole player and with good offensive finishing and shooting (like kaka ,Bruno etc) cause sometimes they make crazy run to box
3.You can use a creative playmaker in the Cf (I don't prefer ss) like messi and messi only 😅Because you know this little guy is crazy.
4.both Cf must have have double touch and try to learn soft touches near boxes (I use villa+messi in first half and Mbappe and salah (Cf card) in second half)
4.Use 1 roaming flank and 1profilic winger( since I don't cross I use sane ,son,rafael,dembele and the new rmf in nominating(he is good))
5.Both Cf must have good offensive and speed.
6.anchorman is the only choice don't use destroyer or build up in dmf
7.use build up+destroyer combo .don't use double build up or double destroyer (I use vvd+rudiger and for substitution i use stones and araujo)
This all helped me to this stage, I don't change players that much.And also playstyles do matter and I use quickcounter.
i shouldnt use offensive fullbacks but i can still use fullback finisher or attacking fullback right?

I played this formation quite a lot, still I can't manage with the defense here. Even 1 anchor man is not enough, so China 4-4-2 is better and more sustainable.

Been using this formation since pes19. With full legends. This is for attacks and goals. Possession is not best, also, dmf works harder, so stamina drops quicker. Still, great for linkup plays, and scoring incredible goals.

Long ball counter or quick counter which better?
Quick counter uses high line and you can't use highline with a single pivot dmf. The opponent will spam through passes

DMF - anchor man
LMF/RMF - prolific winger
AMF - Hole player only

I recommend to use other cf as deep lying forward or every playstyle other than goal poacher and fitb

Both are 90% same BUT...
IF you are struggling to defend , conceding too many goals then try to use LBC (LBC have more players in defending than QC)
OR you are struggling to score goals then use quick counter ( QC have more players in attack than LBC)
