25. Coventry Canal by Narrowboat, Wifi Issues & I got soaked

I wanted to moor up on the Ashby canal over the winter. With the Canal & River Trust starting a number of maintenance stoppages at the end of October, I thought I had plenty of time to take my narrowboat there. There was an emergency stoppage at a lock on my route. So I had to drop everything and cruise for days and days to the Ashby.
CORRECTION
The beam of the Coventry Canal is 7 foot. The headroom is 6 foot and 6 inches.
