This is the perfect Guyanese float bake recipe.
4 cups flour
1/3 cup sugar
5 tbsp butter
1 1/4 tsp salt
1 3/4 tbsp baking powder
1 1/2 cup milk and water mixture or just eater
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp nutmeg
