Wolfgang I’ve been in a tough shoe lately watching you play poker and I love poker but I don’t have the urge to play like I use to. Im wondering what helps you motivated to keep on playing even on the days you don’t want to play
Try playing lower stakes, might ease up on the mental factor. I always find myself having a ton of fun when I hop in the 1/2 streets etc. Don't have to play perfectly and the losses don't hurt so bad. Then on days you're feeling it, play your normal stakes.

Checking flop on 842 after 4-betting because "it's better for my opponent" is so crazy to me. You have all the AA KK and QQ and he has a bunch of smaller overpairs that have to pay off at least one bet. If you have AK you want to start putting hands like TT or JJ under pressure. Basically the only hand your opponent has that beats the majority of your range is 88.
Wolfgang checks over pairs on every single flop. Every time without fail. He always has some weird logic like that when really he is just missing value.

I would avoid playing on days you don't feel like it. These are the days when you'll lose the most. You have to be in a good mental space to play.

I think KQ is just a fold to the 4bet on that last hand. You’re probably dominated, and the SPR is too low to make it worthwhile
