I'm so glad to find Tammy's videos and I watch many. Not a wasted word, over explaining, just straight to the point and easily understood. I've never worked with acrylic yet learned a great deal about applying product, and shaping. I'm sure it's fun to watch videos with all the bling, entertainment and personality put into them but THIS is more valuable for those wanting to learn the basics. Designs aren't great but fall flat so often due to poor nail shaping. That's why I went once to a nail tech and decided to learn to do my own. Trying to live with heavy, lifting, chunky nails is awful. Worse when you've paid money for the displeasure. Perfect coffin nail!!
This is truly some of the most perfect sculpting I've ever seen. We learned nails in school and I've done them forever, but my god, her technjque and steps are so precise and so minimal but perfect.
The intro is definitely my favorite haha!! But in all seriousness I have been in the rabbit hole watching all types of nail tutorials for the last 24 hours and this was one of the most informative ones I have seen that allowed me to understand what was happening without getting lost in nail tech lingo. I really appreciated the 5 step filing system seeing as when I get to the nail salons I feel like they are just going completely crazy on my nail and I don't understand the technique. Overall a great video :)
Stunning, I truly wish my own nail tech (owner of the salon) would learn to keep them thin at the upper half like this! I despise bulky nails of any modality
You're a great teacher. It's clear that you are confident & knowledgeable in what you're doing & that makes me trust your techniques. I don't think I'll be able to watch anyone else do a nail tutorial after this!
Say whaaattt!?! Watching this also made me curious about the history of the nail technician industry in the US... I wonder how this industry was taken over by the Vietnamese? No shade to them, but in my personal experience, they do not have the same care and techniques I’ve seen with the veteran US nail tech experts like Tammy Taylor, Robin Moses etc...
I love her enthusiasm. It’s so funny the way she moves her hands. Looks like a routine. She explains everything so well, I’m happy I found this channel.
Your channel is so awesome!!! Thank you so so much for going into exact detail about EVERYTHING! The nail, products used, how long to leave whatever stuff on, the counting to 3 (that helped so much because I never know how long to wait to shape the acrylic) strokes, what to do and what not to do, sanitary tips and your voice is so relaxing! Me and my mom plan on following one of your videos step by step to do our nails here at home for our ladies night finally! We haven’t found a channel that goes into so much detail until you!!! Thank you so much!!! Keep thrivin n strivin❤️❤️❤️
Hands down the most informative instructional video I have watched from a nail professional - EVER. Thank you, thank you, thank you for teaching me a handful of amazing tricks (That I've neve had explained in the hundreds of videos that I've watched), and in the process for not making me feel like i should already know everything despite being here to learn something. Too many out there wanting to cash in on the burden of teaching, if you catch my drift. The simple way that you describe what you're doing and the reason for it without making your viewers feel ignorant or incompetent is absolute teaching perfection. I was so captivated by not only your teaching style, but also your obvious talent, intonation, and wickedly cute personality that I couldn't even pause to like and subscribe. I was completely enthralled start to finish. You're damn right you got a subscriber out of me. Please don't stop making videos... I need you in my life!
extreeeeemmllllyyyyy helpful! Thank you so much Tammy you helped me with all the little minute details about sculpting, doing this at home by myself along with the video and getting great results!
I have you tell you, I started making sure that my primer is wet before I apply my bead and it has really helped with my lifting. No matter how much I pushed back, filed off and dehydrated, I always lifted. Thank you for you videos. They are so informative and extremely helpful! It's like I'm taking online courses! Professor Taylor ;-)
This tutorial is phenomenal!!! She's so detailed and obviously an experienced professional. I'm still learning how to do acrylic nails and I found this VEEEERY helpful. Definitely a new subscriber. Thank you Tammy!!
I'm so glad you started doing you're instructional videos again. I own a salon in Scottsdale, AZ. and have long been a fan of your products and your work. Once I introduce my techs to your Prisma powders they love them. Although you have always stayed current with the latest colors, trends etc, sadly many young techs are not really aware of this. Maybe some reps in the schools would be in order. Another good product line is doing this and the young, new techs use this almost entirely. Show them what you got, Tammy. Your color acrylic is second to none in beauty and consistency. I can't believe how surprised they are when they see and use these beautiful glitter and colored powdwers
Love the color and shape. Joined on your website. I used to be a cosmetologist, and I have 150hrs towards nail technician as well. Enjoyed the tutorials I’ve seen so far.
I love you Tammy Taylor ! You’ve been my mentor since the start of my nail technician career, I wish there were more salons that used your products, Scranton, Pa
Wow you're a great teacher! I love your techniques and the fact that you explain why you should do certain things. I love the wet primer tip because I've been having lifting issues. Will give it a try. New subbie!
First video I've watched and subscribed instantly. You are amazing and so little damage to your client's natural nail. That's how you do it. Editing to add the factoid that I would sincerely sell my soul to be able to train up as a Tammy Taylor nail goddess, but having to take opiate painkillers puts a rather large dent in that plan.
Tammy love the way you do nails....just awesome! I'm so picky with my nails! I can't seem to find someone who can do my nails the way I want them.....it never fails, and everywhere I go....I need help for days....can you come to Tucson Arizona and do my nails .....PLEASE!!!!🛐
I love this video thanks for posting I just started doing nails 3 months ago and I have subscribed to a few Nail techs here on you tube and o have learned so much this will deff my next shape I'm gonna do on myself
You're so talented. I love that you're rocking the French tips. I want to wear them but people think they're out of style. Bring back French tips 2019!!!
This is absolutely gorgeous. Awesome technique and Id really appreciate if all the technicians would care so much about hygiene just the way you do. Great job!
This is my first time watching. You made everything look super easy and healthy and you have a wonderful personality!! I love it!! You have earned a new subscriber!! 💖💖💖
I use Tammy products at school because it came in my kit. I wish we received Natural color polymer in the kit. We only received White and Pink. Her products are good.
I love that you show yourself sanitizing the clients hands and your own before working. No other tutorials show that

My nail school never taught me this. What a waste of money. Thank you for showing us your expertise.
This has got to be the most thorough well taught nail video I have ever seen on youtube and I've watched hundreds.
I love how she didn't use any drill this was perfect
This is truly some of the most perfect sculpting I've ever seen. We learned nails in school and I've done them forever, but my god, her technjque and steps are so precise and so minimal but perfect.
Tammy Taylor will forever be the best in the business.. Amazing products, educator, and knows her stuff..

This has been the best, and most professional nail tutorial I have ever seen! Great job.
Wow thank you!
Tammy, I really appreciate how you always have your own nails CLEAN and perfect. That alone is the best advertising.
You're a great teacher. It's clear that you are confident & knowledgeable in what you're doing & that makes me trust your techniques. I don't think I'll be able to watch anyone else do a nail tutorial after this!
Looking at this makes me want to find a better nail tech. I like the techniques and care you took.
I swear I was thinking the same thing

Damn those are some bomb nails.. i wished you could be my teacher....
Thank you!
I love her enthusiasm. It’s so funny the way she moves her hands. Looks like a routine. She explains everything so well, I’m happy I found this channel.
omg how freakin cute is she in the intro!!
Thank you!
I know lol
She is such a good teacher. I'm a licensed tech and in still looking for guidance. 🤦🏾♀️
You are not only good at your work, but also talkative and funny, and you seem to be a very kind and sweet person. I love your work
I love how Tammy Taylor explains the acrylic sculpting process. She makes everything very simple, which makes it a lot easier for students.
That 4 ball method is so easy to teach to students who have never sculpted a nail before.

Does anyome else like how calm her voice is ?, it almost made me sleep..❤❤
Love love her! She took her time to show beginners (such as myself) I feel like I learned a lot from her!!!
Nice voice, calming, I can listen you all the time.
Thank you!
I love the way she is very descriptive of every step she does 💯

Holy Toledo. You got me hooked as soon as you pointed out the (insanely obvious) point that cosmetic brushes can't be disinfected. Teach me your ways!
Your way of nails Tammy needs to be an industry standard
I can always come back to your channel when I need the basics. I learn so much from u!
Probably the smoothest acrylic application i ever watched. Brilliant
I have you tell you, I started making sure that my primer is wet before I apply my bead and it has really helped with my lifting. No matter how much I pushed back, filed off and dehydrated, I always lifted. Thank you for you videos. They are so informative and extremely helpful! It's like I'm taking online courses! afhudson0105 I always have lifting issues so I’m going to try this thank you
wait what do you mean your primer is wet before your bead?
Add your bead straight after adding primer and before the primer dries.
Omg ❤️❤️ your voice is so soothing & you are very detailed with every step!! I love it! Thanks for teaching!
literally watched 5 seconds of the video and i subscribed
Haha thank you!!
