I can't find a tutorial with internal detail, I want to hollow out an egg shaped gearbox for bearings and 2 shafts at 90' Then I want to produce two halves that bolt together.
5:10 Okay...I'm good up to here. When I swing the arc to replicate the pattern, it cuts all the way through the lower extruded edge (does not stop at the plane). I have tried this several times and always get the same result. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!
Dear Kntryhart, you have to select, in this case, the two lighted orange surfaces (min. 4:54); 1st select one of the surfaces with a click, and then immediately, 2nd Press and hold the "Ctrl" key, While holding Ctrl, click on the second surface, then release the Ctrl key ... continue with the procedure to create the pattern circular following the directions that the DSM provides ... finally, press the SpaceBar key and enter a value ... and press the Enter key to confirm.
My last Video on this channel, and in the future the next Videos, is already explained with narration and with subtitles at the decisive moments, to facilitate the understanding of the adopted procedures. Thanks for listening.
I hate it when people make videos and don't explain anything. I don't need to listen to background music, I need explanations of what you are doing and how to do it. Thank you
@@h2ouxb That's your opinion, and you are allowed that. Why should I be grateful for a video that has no verbal explanation with background music? I good explanation of the process to make things understandable would be 1000 times better. I just move on and search for better videos with explanations.
You are a master at DSM. New sub, but would like commentary
Thanks so much for those really nice tutorials, simple and very effective to understand DSM.
Thanks Armando! Much better pace on this tutorial!
Thanks, Ray Bonneau.
So great! Thank you for sharing 👌🏽😌
Learned some new techniques, thanks
Good to watch thanks 💪👍
Thanks Armando , learning ......but would be nice if you could add some verbal instructions also as Jim Taylor does
My most recent videos already have a simple explanation to allow an understanding of the subject. Thank you for your attention.
Question because I am new to the hobby, when printed round objects do you just get round ant cura?
How do I get a perfect round shape for my 3D print? designspark.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/115000087525-3D-Prints-are-not-round-

@@ArmandoOliveiraBraga Thank you! The devil is in the details...I missed by one "Ctrl-Click"! :-))

Hate is a strong word, try starting with “thank you for the video, I would prefer and appreciate if you could explain your actions”
