I really enjoyed this video and would also like to know how to book Ni! How long was the Mekong tour? What time did you finish? It looks like you stayed an extra night, I am trying to figure out what time we will be ready to depart for our next destination.
That looks like a lot of fun...but I've seen this guide let tourists try shrimp paste like that before and I'm like OMG!! Vietnamese people would never eat it straight up like that. It's usually mixed into the soup before eating which dilutes it or mixed in with other ingredients to make a dip. And your boyfriend ate a big chunk...egads!
