I tried the eyeshadow in Pulp- just didn’t love it either- so decluttered.. not wearing foundation these days so I won’t bother with that but if I did, it sounds like it would work well because my skin is on the dryer side.❤

The eyeshadow looks so pretty minus the pinky orange. I love all the colors but that. I am so torn on those pop of colors their isnt one that i love every color in and i really want to try the formula but for 85$ i want to love all the shades . I feel like i could buy another CDP pallet and be in love with all of it for the price.

I have this foundation and had to try 4 shades to find my right match of MW45, and MW 50 was lighter than MW 40! Finding a shade match was nuts for this Prada launch. I have super oily skin and I didn't experience shine with this foundation, but the opposite. It's a radiant full coverage matte on me. I think the primer used might be causing your oiliness? Maybe try without a primer or non-oily primer? I love the eyeshadow formula, but got a different palette than yours. I love the purple one, maybe you'll enjoy that one better? So interesting on how different products work or don't work for different people. I might be the only one, but I actually don't prefer their lipstick formula too much. It's too drying on my lips and clings to my dry patches. Have you tried the new Suqqu moisture glaze lipsticks? They are moisturizing and hide the lip lines...like Chantecaille lip veils but better! I watched so many reviews and still don’t like the colour story from Prada eyeshadows. Can’t wait to see you trying the rest of the Hermes eyeshadows. I have 3 of them and I am close to buy the pink one.. I don’t have and I don’t want Ombre Fumees and Ombre Vegetales because I don’t like smokey eyes for me and the green palette is not very wearable. Still not 100% sure about the green one but now I tend to say no.

Grace, as I don't wear foundation on a regular basis, only very rarely, I didn't purchase the foundation from Prada. It was another story with the eye-shadows! I absolutely adored the aesthetic of these palettes which looked unlike anything else I had ever seen. As another commented, you need to like the colour story or else it's a waste. These were completely my vibe and bought every single palette complete! I have not regretted it at all, as these are amongst my very favourite shadows. I did grow up with very oily skin and had a lot of trouble on my eyes. Thank goodness eye primer was finally invented, yet I would use a layer of foundation or concealer to prevent creasing. As I've grown 'more mature', (It's my birthday today), I have grown out of my oily skin, so there is hope for you yet. The colours of the shadows and lipsticks are very 'Prada' and match the brand. What I do when applying the shadow, which may help you, is to first prime. I use the satin shade liberally in the crease and softly towards the outer edge. To prevent creasing, you need to apply more than that tiny little sweep you apply. I remember joking with you a long time ago that you're not going to hurt the brush, as you apply so gently that the shadow isn't applying on the lid to where it can be seen. I then will use the deepest shade to the outer edge and into the start of the outer crease, yet not overtly deep, only for a little depth. Now comes the frightening part that you dread. I place the colour all over my mobile lid. As you can see, they aren't extremely pigmented to where it's going to look ridiculous. I don't cover the deeper shade at the outer edge either, only blend. My final step is to add the shimmer shade which I start from the inner edge of the eye and sweep it up to just about a third over the lid. That way, the colour isn't as obvious and blends with the shimmer. I don't agree with adding the colour to the outer edge, as it can make the look appear odd. If I'm not in the mood for that much colour, I may simply line underneath the lash-line. I've been so surprised using these palettes, especially with the pink and pale blue shades. I haven't been one to tend to wear pastel-like shades, yet I found myself applying even more of the pink once as the look pulled together so lovely that I wanted to see more of it. These palettes are definitely not for the faint of heart when colour is concerned, especially when using in a quite different manner. I know that there would be many shades amongst those palettes that you'd love, but it is a waste when not using the entire Quad. Actually, it was only recently that I wore the new Valentino Flip Palette that contains a red shimmer. I used the soft browns on my upper lid and lined underneath the lash-line with the red shimmer. It looked great. As long as the look on the upper lid remains soft or smokey, that's the best time to be daring and line underneath with colour. As a quirky, eccentric Aquarian and artist as well, colour is something I love and have never been afraid of, although I adore stylish, classy soft looks just as much. (Can't wait for the Burberry Quads but I'm on a strict low-buy and as they aren't limited edition, I don't mind waiting). When the oil breaks through with foundation, why not try a soft puff instead? I feel that brushes can sometimes break up the foundation or tinted moisturiser etc. I was curious as to whether you still use that Mally product to prevent oil breaking through? That's meant to keep oil at bay. I managed to discover the Chantecaille Lotus Glow & Blur Powder on eBay completely untouched and brand new, except the price was much more to my liking! It only just arrived and can't wait to try it out. I even purchased one of the single eye-shadows in the Cheetah Warm Champagne along with it. Finally, as for the Prada Lipsticks, I've always stayed away from mattes as I suffer extremely dry lips. I did pick up some Soft-Mattes when I ordered the Eye Palettes. I'm in love with these too! They are so moisturising and soft to wear. Again, the colours are a tad quirky to match the brand, yet do look so much better when on the lips. I won't go near the Hyper-Matte that you bought as that would probably be a step too far for my fragile lips. I now own about seven of them! Have you tried the Rabanne Eye Shadows? I own all of the Quads and Duos, except for one duo that was brightly coloured creams. I think those shadows would suit you better due to being a more cohesive colour story and can be worn nice and light too, especially the shadows in the Duo's.

The foundation performs as it does because of the dimethicones, a similar formula wear for me is the Sublimage l'essence foundation. With combo skin, I just don't think the silicone-y foundations are best for my type. But the eyeshadow is great, the colors are better MIXED on the brush, I have the #2 palette. I keep telling people to mix the shades because they think "pop of color," just nooo...mix it to get perfect pinky day shade. The only time NOT to mix that red is a late nite party look.
I loved prada eyeshadow fourmla its one of the best if not the best fourmla ! And u said u loved it too in previous videos maybe this one came faulty ? .. Hermes eyeshadow its a no for me as it disappears after a while.
Thank you for the double review. The foundation looks fine/okay but if you have to set with power so many times throughout the day, it might not justify the high price point. There are other foundations that perform better than this one. Thanks again!
