I love this blanket. It reminds me of the Hugs & Kisses blanket. Thank you for producing this tutorial.

It's similar on the wave format with easing off of the bobbles and adding more textured stitches.

I am such a fan of y'all! I started crocheting 10 years ago as a form of therapy for my PTSD and anxiety. It's helped me more than I can ever say.

I mark the peaks and valleys with a safety pin type of marker. The Clover are the best; but all brands work. This has saved me a lot of frogging (ripping out stitches).

Ive bought 8 caron cakes, well ive bought a lot more, but for a blanket I want to make for myself I brought 8 cakes of bumbleberry and I keep looking through all the different patterns and wondering which one to make to go on my queen size bed, so I'm hoping I've got enough cakes, if not I'll need to buy more as I wasn't sure how many to buy but I just don't know which pattern to do, whether to do this one, hugs and kisses or Little Boy Blue in which I'm doing a knee/ baby one day blanket for my daughter in pistachio. There are so many great designs and I've only been crocheting for a couple of years but I'm moving along nicely having made quite a few baby items and blankets, oh & I did the journey of texture in Rhubarb cream.
Thank you Mikey for taking me to do some great patterns 😊🤗😍💖sending love from Western Australia 🇦🇺. My daughter and I visit in Canada on the west side in 2012 an absolutely loved it, we went from Vancouver to Banff, Victoria Island . Even get mountaintop peak-to-peak it was just absolutely beautiful. 🇨🇦 💖💖💖😍😁🤗

Oh man I wish I had waited to see this as I tried a few days ago to make this blanket from another RUclipsr site, not mentioning who it was, her tutorial was so hard to follow. She went super fast and so I constantly had to hit pause which caused me to lose my place. Ended up frogging it as I was so frustrated. You make it look so much easier and as always your videos are so easy to follow. Will be making a blanket using this tutorial. Thanks Mikey

Can this blanket be made bigger, like a lapghap or throw? Also, is there a written pattern? I do better with written. Anyway thanks, it's so pretty!

    • @TheCrochetCrowd

We always place the free pattern in the video description link. We provided a multiple so you can change the sizes as well. We don't have the chain counts per size thought but you can make the chain longer as per the multiples to adjust.

I don't understand how my stitch count was ALWAYS off for the cris cross when I flogged the whole damn thing and started again to make sure I had 12. Make it make sense. I give up I've tried to do this like 4 times 😂
