You cracked the third egg and directly put it in the big container although you told us to crack them in a separate bowl first then put the eggs in the main bowl. The irony is too funny! I am definitely gonna subscribe now! Keep it up!
I've been told that if you crack the eggs on a flat surface (table top) rather than the lip of the dish it's less likely to get pieces of shell in the recipe.
