To put the tiny lock washer back on the rod you might have to push down the plastic at the rod until you see the indentation on the rod. Once you see the indentation it goes on easily!
I don't think you necessarily need the alcohol - I didn't. There was just a lot of accumulated toner dust in the Drum Unit. I got it out by repeatedly turning the drum, sliding the green slide and banging the unit (lightly) against the table to knock out all the accumulated dust. It was surprising how much more came out each time I repeated that procedure until there was no more.

Remove this video is not the right way to do it. All you need todo is slide the green tab an place it in the marked place with an arrow. See the manual.

Although the the life of drum is very less (18% as before it is).
Mine prints blank pages. Could it due to the Drum as well ? Firts day was just okay..just after next day it couldnt print out normally
