Chopper is a TM RR and Bartolomeo is his first legend (super evolved or not doesn't matter). You can only pull these characters in sugo fests or get them from specific reward tickets unfortunately

Unfortunately i think they can only be replaced by the new Lilith, are they not obtainable from the PKA shop though?

I’ve the new rr chopper,luffy and full last NY batch …what team can i make?
I usually just use my max drop team and auto farm a low level until I got my 500 turtles. Then you can clear with the best units you have:)
In the first team replace Jinbe with Chopper and attach him with a damage reduction support if possible, like STR RR Nami or V2 Brook

No he doesn't, you can use the 5* version as well
