Welcome to a Clueless American's Guide to the Europa League. Usually I don't care about the little brother tournament of the UEFA Champions League, but this year has been a strange one in Europe. Let me explain.

My man managed to turn a Europa League video into a Premier League video about a team that's not even in the damn Europa League.

Lmao, Arsenal didn't go for a master stroke to focus on the Prem. They were just outplayed by Sporting dude

Man you could've atleast talked about Leverkusen USG and Feyenoord as a side note. Just kinda feels shitty to not even mention them

This was more about the premier league than the actual Europa League...could have at least mentioned Feyenoord or Leverkusen or Union SG, or give credit to Sporting instead of 5 seconds for them and 2 minutes for Arsenal who aren´t even there anymore

I will not stand with the Europe League being underrated. I love the idea of smaller clubs getting a chance at glory, and plus they play some good football.

No hate. But how TF do you turn a Europa league vídeo into a suck fest of a team that got knocked TF out and skip the team who did it?

Lmao the guy doesn't even realize that Juventus got a 15 point deduction and thinks they are actually bad on the pitch.

Your dismissal of what you define as “smaller clubs” really is small minded in my opinion, there are so many clubs that you fail to discuss in both your European and Prem videos, instead choosing to focus only on the “big boys“ and Leeds😂. I’m a Leeds fan myself and I’m not trying to offend, I just think that maybe if you’re reviewing a competition you should give each team a similar amount of time. It feels like for you only about 10 teams exist, and the rest of the teams are irrelevant, which isn’t true. There are so many teams, so much culture, legacy, stories, styles, just so much to talk about when it comes to football. I think you are missing out on truly impacting your subscribers, you have the platform and the ability (you make fantastic videos, so entertaining, truly) to expose a large audience to the beauty of football, which is so much more than just the teams who win trophies.

I don't have the feeling you understand the Europa League. The EL isn't there for giants withing a rough period. It's about a chance for other countries and clubs to shine. It thrives way more on underdog stories, local fan base and football culture. Same with the conference league btw and within those subjects there are way better stories to find than two of the biggest clubs in the world just stopped being incredible stupid and incompetent.

You could've at the very least talked about the absolute madness that was Group F. Total chaos on the final matchday as every team tied on 8 points, with a late Santiago Gimenez screamer sending Feyenoord all the way from last to TOP of the group.

I got to say your video title is on brand, not even mentioning some teams.

If you want a true guide to the europa league, I’d read the 2021-22 wiki tbh. The europa is all about the teams that are on the verge of challenging for champions league, and never normally contains the big teams. Just because man utd, barca and the like were bad enough previously to end up here, doesnt mean this tournament is only interesting now. The europa league exists so that europe is not just about the same old big names, always take the opportunity to broaden your horizons

I’m ok with you liking the premiere league, but if you make a video about a european competition than please talk about it. You only talked about one game and teams who are already out.

    1. The Dutch Eredivisie is going to be a higher ranked league than the Portuguese Primeira Liga so at least mention the Netherlands in any way
