i saw few clips of Xiao zhan acting in different dramas but for me far this is my favourite his character has this impact that hard to explain.. every character he did in those drama was also good however nothing can beat his Wei Wuxian character it is so hard to explain, it's not only because it is untamed or he is playing Wei Wuxian but because the all rounder of the character.. he looks more appealing here or maybe he smiles more here or it has something to do with his appearance. I guess the production team did a great job showcasing Xiao zhan's talent.
I commend Wang Yibo for his performance here-I remember watching the behind the scenes where they were running lines of the script. They said that there was supposed to be a longer drunk scene with Lan Zhan trying to play hide and seek with Wei Ying😂 but they had to cut it out of the script because of GOSH DARN CENSORSHIP
So Lan Zhan get jealous because Wei Ying praised and admire Xiao Xingchen and Song Lan, he then grab the cup and drink the wine to suppressed his feeling..... Okaayyyyyy 😌😌
