Hello, even though the video is older, which mod did you use to attach stickers to the windows? The symbols/stickers found under my Paint tab cannot be attached to windows. It only works on walls.
Hi! I didn't use a mod, but in-game trickery. Place the decal you want on a wall. Use "copy" on the floor square just in front of it and then paste to the glass you want it on, by pasting on the floor square in front of the glass. And that's it, works like a charm. This also works with some wall items and even getting some outdoor items indoors. I used it to create indoor gardens in corridors and things. ^^
@@Blarla Many ♥ little Blarla, actually, I could have thought of it myself. Your workaround works without any errors! Merry Christmas to you and your family
It definitely looks good in-game, but having been a patient more than once, I think I would have lost my mind if all the wards I’ve been in were a long hall with a bajillion beds. It can be hard enough to sleep when it’s just three other people and the bustle that comes with that. :| (Don’t even get me started about the ER…I know it’s got to be an open space but damn was I glad they handed me zopiclone.)
@@liesdamnlies3372 Absolutely; and worse in a six bed bay, particularly in the middle beds. But the beds in this place are divided as well, so the further away you are the more muffled it gets. It's surprising just how much it reduces the sounds.
@@liesdamnlies3372 I agree, I wouldn't want to be on a ward that big. I did put dividing walls between each bed to give an air of their own space, the walls are just collapsed when playing. But still, I wouldn't want to be on those wards, no matter how pretty they are. XD
Dear Blarla, Congratulations on the most EPIC-EST Project Hospital Hospital EVER! I could watch the original streams over and over again as they aren't just entertaining they have an abundance of learning for anyone new to the game! This video walkthrough was everything and to hear you proudly show it to us is just you being EPIC-EST (and yes that word probably won't catch on)! Much love 😍and congratulations once again!
At 10:08 I noticed that my little avatar got some XP. What would I still be getting XP in I wonder. Does that mean I have to download your hospital to find out? Sneaky B! Very very sneaky getting me to download your hospital! 😅
OMG what a cliffhanger ending!!! So proud of you B! Also how the heck did you fill up the patreon list? That's so amazing! I have to say hello to them all! Be right back! 🤗
Blarla, your videos were absolutely invaluable when I got back to Project Hospital a few years ago. I am picking it up again and thinking of designing my own hospital from scratch, and I am in awe at what you have done with yours! I really love how you have divided transport and care nurses for efficiency, in particular. I have always kept them in the same lump of desks in the middle of the ward area, which made them a lot harder to track! I am now brimming with ideas to use in my own hospital (which will doubtlessly end up looking like a soviet assembly line, because I have zero design skills, haha!). Thank you for your fantastic videos! :)
This doesn't just look good, the way you describe everything during the tour makes so much sense, even for someone (like me) who's never even set foot in a hopsital! Definitely going to use some of this as inspiration when I start working on my own hospital (in game, of course)
Damn, your so lucky you’v never needed a hospital, I’m one of those unlucky people that has gone ALOT, I’ve had over 13 operations so far (on various things) and visiting numerous different specialists all before I even turned 20 (which I JUST did) 😅
I love your hospital! I've been trying to build a realistic hospital in the game, but I don't know enough about how hospitals are arranged behind the scenes, so thanks for this! A lot of great ideas, like the shared room between the X-ray rooms. BTW, here in America, the trend is to give each patient a private room. Wards with dozens of people in a big room went out the door years ago, when it became standard to put two people per room. Oh, and an ambulance ran over a person at 0:47 ! Your hospital is gonna get sued, lol!
I just started playing a couple weeks ago and just this one video and your amazing hospital has taught me so much! I'm going to have to find the playlist for this series.
There is a trick to spend less on operating room doctors. Instead of having anesthesiologists for each department, assign them to ICU. They can do operations for any department. It would've been really cool if the same thing could be done for the surgery nurses, since they do the same things in the operating room regardless of their department.
Epic hospital is the perfect way to describe it! Way to go, Blarla! I hope that you (and indeed anyone else reading this comment) is having a nice day!
I don't own project hospital, but have totally enjoyed watching you build this incredible creation. What amazing results!! Will you start a new hospital from the ground up? ❤💛💚
This is awesome, haven’t seen anything quite like it in this game! Could we get some screenshots of the department room layouts on the steam page maybe? I imagine you have other projects to get on with, but it’s quite daunting and that might be a nice quick and relatively painless way to get it up and running without you having to put much more time into it.
I've spent a couple weeks moving rooms around so patients don't have to travel all over the place. It's a good design imo. One of the better hospitals I've played with.
Make that a couple years. It's crazy to see how much I have changed from your base design. Kept some areas relatively the same and other areas were completely changed. It's wild to see how much time I've put into remodeling/redesigning your hospital. What used to be your ICU was made into my observation area. Your ICU overflow area has became the main ICU with 15 beds. All rooms are now bedside examination mod compatible. Added an elevator from the patient waiting area to the other floors along with many other additions including a Urology ward.
Now that is some amazing hospital where everything is orderly and efficient. Unlike my mess of an establishment where tomography girl also doubles as histology technician and neurology guy has to run microbial test XD
If I remember right, there is a tarmac coloured outdoor floor tile. Exactly the same colour as the road. You should just be able to use it over them, but not in all locations.
You can't stop them going to the top. On floors where I didn't want them I just built boxes around them so they lead to nowhere. You'll notice that on my trauma building there is a brick square room topped with satellites just by the chopper. It goes a floor higher because you can't stop the lifts going all floors, but as you can also see, it leads to nothing. XD I pretend it is a communications tower. lol
@@Blarla May you want to return to Project Hospital, I just found out you can copy a elevator and then paste it (exactly above eachother) on the levels you want them on they don't auto add anymore.
how to built roof hospital without having another level? example i have building A and B. only building B will have 5 level but building A maintain 2 level.
I can't remember if there was a tick box that said to build the next level with roof, or if I ticked something that said build the next for without walls and then I just made it look like a roof. I honestly, can't remember. >< But I'm sure it was one of those.
@@Blarla hahaha no worries. Ive been playing this games for years still cant manage to make different building not the same level. anyway thank youuuuuu cheers from Malaysia 😊

In the build menu, they added the ability to move it, but it is move not replace. Meaning you need to delete the original before it will allow to place a new one and I think (if I recall) you can only remove it by effectively plastering grass over the old one.
Yes! And this works with some all items and putting outdoor items inside when using outdoor flooring. Create a mock up wall with the decal or item in the wall, copy, and then paste by the window you want it and it just applies there. Super easy. ^^ It can be a bit fiddly, but when you know the quirks it will be a nice extra way to decorate.
you are one of the few people on youtube who know what they are doing in this game. I go all out for efficiency, no prettyfying for me - just brutal effective architecture. slap some posters on walls and we're good to go. but I do the trick of sandwiches, juices and coffee on nurses tables in nurse stations (nurses dont need printers you see)

But you can't add anything. Remarking the departments does not work either. Impossible to hire staff as no jobs are advertised. Too bad.
