If you wanna see a completely destroyed city visit San Francisco. I was there in September of 2022 and couldn't believe how disgusting it was. Three separate times I saw people wearing hoods and face masks breaking windows of cars while everyone just stared. The only "Safe" streets were streets that had been blocked off and had actual paid "security" these were not actual security guards but were men who would assault anyone who dared touch those cars. Basically the residents paid off criminals to protect from other criminals. Insanity.

Both stores that are closing "went unmentioned in [a] July examination of organized shoplifting in the city." The Seattle Times noted that the stores that are closing "are relatively new, opening in 2019 as part of a push by Target to shore up its bottom line by opening smaller, more profitable stores in urban areas." Target is also closing three stores in downtown Portland, Oregon, but Popular Information was not able to identify reliable crime data for these stores.
When I was there I never bought locally. I got everything from Target. Why? Because eff Seattle. Terrible city and terrible people . Couldn't move away fast enough.
