Oh wow! So glad I saw this video. I went to Gault 7-9th grade in the late 50s. Seeing the auditorium brought back a vivid memory of the younger me walking thru what used to be a door in the back right area there. It was lunchtime and they had a jutebox for us. It was playing our great 50s R&R and "Since I Don't Have You" was on. I had a big crush on someone then and thought of him. 'Life' changes who you were over the years. Sometimes I wish I was that kid again.

Yeah, I just saw the pictures online. When it was still open. Very nice hotel .. very, very clean. Rooms are still a bit outdated as far as the decore but they were still kept very nice. A complete cry from how it looks now. Such a waste.

Sad to here this school no longer exist now. I went by ir many times while exploring on Google Maps. Such a beautiful building, I was hoping they would find a way to preserve it. Too bad a bunch of punks went in the and destroyed the inside and got it in horrible shape, otherwise it would've been easier to repurpose it. RIP Gault Middle School 1926-2024 😥🙏

sick video please be careful walking around these abandoned areas a lot of homeless people will leave their stuff there just be careful, watching your step, there's certain things u wanna watch out for in these typa places. keep up the good work tho

It's a shame they closed down the pool and new gym as those buildings were fairly modern. Should have stayed a community center. All community improvements on the east side seems to focus on Portland Ave neighborhoods and not McKinley hill.

At the very end the of the video you can see the entrance to the basement that students weren't allowed to enter into. I always wondered what it looked like inside there.

Reminds me a bit of two abandoned spots I found over the last couple of years. One looks to be an old workshop of some kind, wasn't that moldy but it had these little black/brown mushrooms growing from the ceiling. The other one is a small two-story house that has also been abandoned for around 10 years, THAT is moldy. The second door when you come in is covered in black mold, there's some white mold growing on the carpet and on one of the couches. Hell, there are even two moldy cellar spiders in there. And a whole section of the wallpaper just recently fell off on its own revealing even more water damage and some mold. The house is really bad. It actually got condemned three years ago but nothing has happened. It's just sitting there, rotting away.

Can you explore the abandoned Chuck E. Cheese in Lynnwood, WA? It closed in July 2023 due to building owner wanting to demolish it to build condos.

And this was in Oct. It's even worse now. What a waste of perfectly good buildings. Such a shame.
