YES ITS REBORN FORMS I SUGGESTED THAT EPIC, ok it isn’t THAT epic as I basically said it to be, but still it’s pretty epic.
I do have one thing that I don’t like about these fourth forms Is that all of them are what if we make this unit a mega ultra mythical legend? But what if they die? Then you have no meat shields and lose instead I would suggest fix that one thing to make it OP like giving thaumaturge area attack to perma-weaken the boss the support and the peons all at once
Also zrollows will break all of these except Nokia because of toxic if any touch them more than twice they ded

A cat can lose it's abilities of attacking fast, walk faster, etc.

plus its bad and not balanced at all it does 300 dmg and super slow with a wave SOMETIMES while bird has a massive aoe attack doing 23k guaranteed so might as well just do bird instead

K if you were planning on putting that into the main game, it would be too broken. Lemme do my criticizim cat by cat:
Super Saiyan Cat: Good enough, except the freeze is unecessary (mohawk is supposed to be a meatshield) and the knockback chance shouldn't be 100%. It makes mohawk become something else than it's original function.
Nokia Phone Cat: The metal trait is a good idea, but the fact that it's resistant to everything is too much. Lethal blow resistance improves it's trait as an ultimate meatshield, so it's really good.
Dark Magik Cat: ...Summon. That is way too broke. Tone it down to one or two with very weak stats. Axe is supposed to be a red buster tho. Making it gain big range would be a good idea for it to fit more into this role (massive damage..?)
War Robot Cat: Now that's pretty good. Idk what stage you tested that on, but if those peons were boosted, maybe tone down the damage a bit. Overall balanced.
Pegasus Cat: The attack is too slow for a "rusher", which are just send to hit fast *now*. I would personnally have reversed the chances for knockback and the wave. It's a really powerful addition, maybe too powerful. I like the curse resistance tho, puts old cats back in fashion.
Death Star Cat: Only thing for me is to tone down the range. It's too big for an attack this big. It IS made to be a pure damager, but this is ridiculous. Like the design tho
Black Hole Cat: *W a t*. No really what. The fact that it suicides is just plain bad. Idk how much it costs but for most it would be a waste of ressources. Trying to fix this by putting on all the negative effects on ennemies is also ridiculous for me. The fact is that other cats that are more spammable (such as glass cat) does this job better, so this trait is unecessary. Consider instead adding galactic traits to the original island cat, such as warp or barrier?
Cat-Zilla: LOLZ this is fun. Now this is a true boss style cat. Would say to change the attack so that it hits a bit less far but that it hits right at his feet. The main problem is the cooldown, gotta make it absolutely HUGE. Like 10000f minimum.
Colossal Titan: He becomes a massive bag of HP, which is... Quite pleasant actually. This makes colossal titan even more broke than jameira was, so ye maybe just 35000/30000 HP? That would be nice.

I have an idea for a Cow Cat fourth form:
Cerberus Cat
"Think quick, act quick, and use their heads. Lion Cat thought it was lonely at the top, so it developed two new heads."
Cerberus Cat is a Lion Cat with two extra heads, and as a result, it attacks even faster, with 2 frames between three attacks. It basically multiplies Lion Cat's damage output by 3.

My only problem with the Reborns whose name I suggested is their costs, we have NOKIA and Goku at reasonable prices then we got Catzilla being hecking more than Killer Que- I mean Killer Cat. Also maybe Black Hole being a kamakazi unit but apart from that I love them all.

The nokia cat is definitely my favorite. I would take away the chunks of rock that fly upwards from the nokia cat’s attack animation though. The death star car is also pretty cool, but i would reduce the explosion size a little. The robot legs cat are probably my least favorite, because the movement is just really unnatural to me, and the pegasus cat is a cool concept, but doesn’t fit the unit’s role at all though. But, despite the criticisms I have, I’m genuinely impressed by all the effort you put into these concepts. I really see a project made out of love for this game. Keep it up!

Cat’s fourth form: Wild cat
Description: Abandoned his family to imbrace his true self but just after leaving 3 meters away from his home he missed his house so went back and said sorry. Strong against every type of enemy (25%) and has a slight chance to break shields and barriers (10%)
Tank cat’s fourth form: Brick cat
Description: Was tired of being killed to many times and tried something new and implemented bricks into him. Area attack and chance to dodge attacks (10%)
Axe cat’s fourth form: Dark Prince cat
Description: Was the king and Queen’s son and became a prince on his journey to find his true love and ready for any adventure. Summons 3 types of axe cat: Axe cat, Hunter cat, Exacutioner cat but different and strong against red enemies
Gross cat’s fourth form: Robo Legs cat
Description: Ask his friend to build something cool for his science project so they built a pair of legs more useful in battle than as a science project though. Area attack and small chance to create surges (20%) and slightly more range
Cow cat’s fourth form: Pecker cat
Description: Still listens to rock music but with 5 mega speakers the neighborhood hates him sadly. Faster attack rate and slightly faster speed
Bird cat’s fourth form: UFO cat 2.0
Description: scarped the previous UFO idea and went slightly bigger and much better. Chance to warp enemies (30%) and immune to knock back
Fish cat’s fourth form: Abyss cat
Description: Was curious and wanted to find out what as at the bottom of the ocean but got cursed or buffed? But all we do know it’s a monster. Massive damage to Red and Angelic enemies
Lizard cat’s fourth form: Pro Aiming Dragon cat
Description: Pet owner found something cool looking and thought it was a decoration so put it on his pet dragon surprisingly enough it gave it god like aim. Slightly longer range and can attack through units basically he can hit up to 2-3 units in a row
Titan cat’s fourth form: Traveler titan cat
Description: Wanted to take a rest from all the fighting so decided to take a flight to Hawaii but found out his flight was cancelled due to COVID got so angry it increased his attack power. Massive damage to all units with traits or no traits

How does this only have 1 like?? I think these ideas are much better than the ones in the video because they don't seem overpowered or dog poop. And I like that you put in descriptions for them. This must of took a lot of time and effort

Nokia phone cat's spawn frequency is a bit broken for a metal unit that has around 27 health. Giving it lower heath could give it a fun nitch simular to metal croco's and help it not overlap with metal cat.
I like how cow cat started off on the ground and then learned how to fly by transforming in to other creatures
And think that now we have them but only for ubers that are level 60 or more. Kinda dissapointing but balrog 4 form will be so freaking broken

I love the ideas of all of them my favourite is Bird cat’s as I like to say ultra form but I would change the size variety because I think it’s a bit wacky and the fact the gross cat’s ultra form and dragon’s ultra form have such long range ne the fact that basic cat’s ultra form destroys its purpose as a meat shield really sucks not saying it’s a bad idea these are just some suggestions

I feel like these could be boss enemies for some insane reward like a bunch of cat fruit, cat food, XP, and others with some buffs. Also, Dark Cats fourth form could be a 1% toxic ability cuz the summon ability doesn’t really feel like it works in Battle Cats.

I like how you made the 4th forms, their designs are really unique. It's not broken, considering you changed prices and stuff.
The only thing i don't exactly accept is that you changed a few playstyles, specifically Nokia Phone Cat.
Normally Tank Cat is a meatshield who has fast reload and low costs, but the cost of Nokia Phone quadrupled. Same with Basic Cat.

My opinion:
Super Saiyan: He should chomp normally and be a meatshield, I don't like the long range, multihit attack
Nokia: Interesting, I don't know if making him a metal unit its a good idea but the design is very good
Dark magik: He loses the "1vs1 fighter" concept, I don't like him becoming a spells fighter
War robot: I don't like blind spot, he should have individual damage, but becoming a machine its a good concept
Pegasus: He loses the fast-weak-spammable fighter concept
Death star: Faster attack animation but less explosion range should be better
Black hole: Fish cat its a strong-single attacker unit, I don't like suicidal ability, but the design its good
Cat-Zilla: I don't like blindspot, multihit nor design, but the godzilla concept its good
Colossal Titan: Incredible concept, too much life
Basically they are normal cats, they shouldnt be so overpowered or change so much, they should be slighty stronger forms of their previous form
