- We rented a brand new Caterpillar 330 next gen excavator to do two house lots right next to each other. I am stripping top soil in this video.

Ive been in a 2020 Nex Gen, and lastnight the sunlight I think was catching the laser sensor, and beeping but only when the laser catcher was in that sunset....I was in small birch trees and almost took the sensors out they are so exposed if you take small trees down cab side of the boom.
For the beep check parameter if the swing assist si on.
Man that is fast for a big machine..big $ tho..

Have you seen the video of the Cat 330 next gen grading roads in Sweden? This thing had the full Engcon Tiltrotator, along with a blade, also made by Engcon. It looks to be the shit.

That is a very nice machine does the swing speed beat your 316f and is the swing speed comparable to a volvo The company I work for runs hitachi excavators and It think they swing really slow.
I found my hitachi zaxis 130-5 to have the fastest swing I’ve experienced

Looks pretty sweet, my favorite hoe’s were the 330B’s, one had a 66” NYE bailing bucket on it and she might have been turned up at the pump but it was fast and strong. I absolutely hated the D’s because they were so numb in comparison but I haven’t run a E or newer to compare to
What about a C/C-Series
I said C series because 1 you did not add it 2 mine just died and abandoned somewhere for a long time over like maybe since 2017

Cat ex's are shit, Hitachi is twice as fast and you don't need to use grade control LOL
